O hotel em si segue o padrão Holiday Inn de qualidade com relação às instalações. Entretanto o atendimento quando cheguei de madrugada foi péssimo, a balconista quase não olhou na minha cara ao me entregar a chave e o papel da minha reserva. O café da manhã é pouco variado. A proximidade do aeroporto é inegável, fazendo do hotel uma boa escolha para quem está apenas de passagem ou precisa pegar a estrada, facilmente accessivel a partir do hotel.

Stayed here four nights. This hotel is older and could use a renovation. The hallway rugs and walls look tired. All said though, our stay was very nice. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. Elevators were a little quirky. The food at McKenna’s Restaurant was very good. It had a limited selection but enough variety for the times we ate there. Jessica, our bartender, was a lot of fun, and we enjoyed her serving us. Very friendly staff.

Everything is tired and in need of refurbishment. It served its purpose after a cancelled flight but it’s not an inspiring place to stay. I can’t say whether the other local alternatives are better but I’ve definitely stayed in far better Holiday Inns

Disgusting and hasn't improved

I was here for a conference last year and the mirror behind a seating bench had head grease on it. It hadn't improved this year. The staff tried though. I booked a suite and upon arrival was informed it wasn't available. The water was tepid at best. The dining room was only half open but I will say the food was really good and service was excellent in the bar. My assistant's bathtub backed up with someone else's bathwater overnight. The bed wasn't made completely when I arrived. Old hotel that needs updating: wrinkled carpet, moldy smell. Not enough chairs and tables for breakout rooms and trade show.

Only choice for large groups and they know it

Went for a convention. Large group. They were unable to divide the room charge. We asked several times. Check in was quick. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and were told our rooms would only be cleaned if we made an appointment. Which was impossible to do since no one ever answered the phone. Finally cornered a person with a cleaning cart and she cleaned once. Our large group had 3 meals a day served by the hotel. The food was good and plentiful. But they never once cleaned the room we ate in. The tablecloths were never changed. We turned them over ourselves after day 1. Food on the floors all 4 days. The drinks-water and tea-counters never wiped off. Thick sticky tea everywhere. Finally spoke to the hotel manager. He brought us 1 clean tablecloth. For 20 tables! Then said he would speak to the banquet manager. Still never cleaned anything. Only once was the shower warm enough to tolerate. Freezing all the rest of the time.
