Things are not the same-post covid

It's been interesting on how things have changed post-Covid. This Hotel chain is no exception. I was able to reserve a room while on the road, the "Rowing Event in Knoxville, TN. caused an $80.00 room, posted on line and in circulars, caused Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn, in the city, to raise their prices to $240.00 a night. When I asked to repea.yt the price, they cited the event as the reason. Here this is tucked away on top a hill. However, missing are personal lotion usually accompanied with shampoo/ cream rinse. paper pads for writing notes. The "Hot breakfast" is replaced with to-go hand egg and cheese microwave products??? Prices have gone up!!!

Just needed a place to sleep after a long drive and had not yet made a reservation. Was quoted $94 a night, asked and received a AAA discount which then lowered the price. Room was clean, front desk lady was friendly and it was an easy on and off the highway. Gas station and a place to grab a bite was right across the street. (The hotel does offer the standard free breakfast if you want to grab something quick, like a coffee or yogurt.) A basic hotel for a good night's sleep!

Really Comfy Bed!

Stayed here on business going halfway across the country. Was happy to find a hotel right off the interstate, the guy at the front desk, (Michael I think) was cool and got me checked in quickly. The room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quiet. I couldn’t get over how comfortable the beds were, with plenty of pillows that ranged in firmenss. The shower was one of best I've had in a hotel. Overall I was very pleased with my visit.

Not sanitized, ants. Dirty wash rag left in shower

Although the bed was comfy, I am disappointed that I found a used wet wash rag still in my shower. Ants got into my work bag from the desk. And there was someone's hair all over the hair dryer. It won't let me load the wash rag picture but it was on bar handle in shower.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! After a 14 hour drive this was the only 4 star hotel that we could get had great reviews so we stopped checked in as soon as we got out of the lobby and off the elevator the smell of mildew was overwhelming i had a asthma attack coughing itching the air on the 3rd floor was blowing out and i instantly started coughing luckily they gave us a refund. Stay away!
