Worst hotel ever! Roaches was everywhere walking around ind bathroom like they help me pay, Customer service sucks! It should be a motel! Quality inn should take this place off there franchise, and when point this out they stated that there was no refunds! And that I could leave if I wanted but Im not getting my money back!

It was better other options in the town. Still sub-standard for cleanliness. Management or owner had not been there to inspect hotel at all. They really need to tear down and rebuild this place. Sanitation iui s not very healthy.

Worse stay ever in any lodging EVER! Hotel was filthy and dirty. Pictures are deceiving. Upon arrival, the lobby was hot and only 1 employee to answer phones and check people in. Phones were ringing off of the hook and it took about 25-30 minutes to check in. I had 3 rooms in my name. The clerk finally got us checked and announced to the line of people to check in all 3 room numbers. No elevators, which is okay because it is only two stories. The fire door to the second floor would not latch to stay close. Upon entering the room, the smell was overwhelming and very powerful of stench. The upholstered chair was filthy, the carpet was filthy, stains on the comforter and cigarette burns on the gold cover thing. I found a mummified critter along with large dust bunnies were in the corner. I have never in my life ever had to turn in used towels, have the employee wash the towels and then return to the guests. These issues were consistent in all rooms under my name. The breakfast area is small and the coffee when dispensed from the airport was full of coffee grounds, enough to plant a plant. We asked for new coffee minus the coffee grounds of course and the employee seemed as if we asked for a million dollars. We took a walk to the pool, no gate to secure a pool which is a safety violation. This place is a dump and I had to stay because this town has no better accommodations and we were there for a funeral. There was trash littered around the property.

Several out of town business people related to the recent flooding in the area booked the motel, but refused to stay after viewing the dirty rooms. Horrible conditions Traveled to Lake City to stay. Would not recommend!!!

If you don't mind roaches, mold, no towels/ washcloths, rude receptionists, random people outside, dirty floors and thin walls then this is the place for you. I woke up at 5am to use restroom and I swear a roach was hatching babies...they were crawling everywhere...I killed 6 in one setting...So I left the light on and sat straight up in the bed...definitely don't recommend this place to no one
