Where to start …how about 11 that’s right ….ELEVEN…phone calls to try to talk with someone about an early check in….I did finally get through but it did no good as one of my rooms was not ready when we arrived. Upon arrival I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to start the check in process not surprising as there was only one person working at the check in desk!! when we did get to the room that was ready it was a king bed but I had requested a room with 2 beds……the room had been cleaned but it was not “Marriott clean”. The lobby and hallways were not clean and there was trash on the grounds, parking lot and driveways surrounding the hotel. I can only describe the whole experience as “disgusting”. We chose not to stay at the hotel and I am surprised that Marriott allows their name to be used at this hotel. I am a loyal titanium Marriott member and have been for more than 20 years and have never written a bad review about a Marriott property but this terrible hotel deserves it…the only good thing at this hotel was “Grace” at the front desk who was doing her best to help but even when she tried to contact other hotel extensions she got no answer. My advice is find another hotel!!!

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite.
The staff are good and try their best to give the guests an enjoyable stay. There were issues when requested items never appeared, maintenance issues reported were never addressed, and when we were given the wrong information about hotel services on more than one occasion. However, I think the majority of these service problems were because the staff are overworked and tired so they made mistakes and forgot things.
Everything else, however, there is no excuse for. The hotel has excellent bones and at one point would have been stylish and comfortable, but it has sadly been left to degrade to the point that this hotel is now a Marriott in name only. Some five-star touches remain like the high-quality toiletries and complimentary water by the pool, however, the rooms, the gym/steam room, the pool area, the restaurant, and even the grounds are about 10 years late of being refurbished. As well as what you can see in the photos, the water pressure in the room was dismal
The breakfast has been downgraded from what the photos online show but if you talk to the staff, they will try and find some of the missing items for you. I was compensated for the state of my room making the price closer to what it is worth, but if this were not the case, I'd also have to say this hotel is overpriced.
More staff needed

Things didn't go as smooth as previous Marriot stays...not sure if being a long weekend had contributed to this. Long wait for breakfast, not enough staff around, questions or requests went ununsered via the chat...what else can I say? Will give the benefit of doubt but hope our next stay is consistent with all the other previous stays (apart from this one).

We stayed here for 4 days first few day was pleasant, there are some issue but we overlook it, restaurant stuff was good, front desk was good until tonight there's a big storm hit.
The light suddenly turn on at 4AM and it won't turn off, all my children woke up.
we called the reception, they said they will send some one to fix it, never arrived.
we called again at 5am, they said they will send some one to fix it, ofcouse never arrived.
at 6am we called again, now they said there's nothing that they can do, we have to live with it.
OK WE LIVE WITH IT, WHAT THE F.
then we all have breakfast at 6am, very very early.
and when we check out,
I ask the front desk, "does this happen a lot?"
she said "every time when the storm hit"
and then I ask, "how do you do to fix this issue?"
she just gently smile back with no answer.
there's manager next to her she seems to note this very small issue down and leave.
this's pretty much it, good luck you guys, won't be returning here.

I booked a Room with kingsize bed which was confirmed during booking and got a room with 2 Queen beds. The TV did not work well, the mini bar was emty and for breakfast the mgmt tried to set me on a waiting list. My friend waited 45 min until he could enter the breakfast room. The gym was closed and the spa offered only food massage on appointment allthough the stuff had nothing to do.
And all of this for 5000 Bht per night !
Never ever Marriott
