Hotel novo, limpo, cama confortável, banheiro amplo, excelente localizaçao na praia de Haad Rin. Piscina deliciosa. Café da manhã simples, mas pelo menos é mais parecido com o nosso ocidental, com opção de queijo (raridade na Tailândia) e ovos. Super indico.

We originally booked 3 nights but extended this 3 times as this hotel is such a great place to stay. Firstly the staff are fantastic. The 2 ladies who we spoke to on reception; Gel and Tuk, were super friendly and helpful. Also the lady; You, who works in the restaurant is super sweet and always remembered things about us which made our stay feel personal. Not only are the staff amazing but the place is spotlessly clean. Rooms cleaned everyday and clean bed sheets and towels provided daily. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the closest beach and a 5-10 minute walk to full moon beach. If I were to offer some suggestions I would say some chairs on the balcony would be great but that is a very minor detail. Overall we feel this hotel is excellent value for money and above all else the staff make this hotel particularly great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a great stay here, clean, friendly staff, clean pool and a pingpong table. Prices gets a little steep during full moon, but really good price rest of the year, PS, the shower is amazing, good pressure usually hard to find in Thailand. Highly recommended

Only good hotel in Haadrin Beach but they dont answer msgs

Good location, 5mins walk to Haadrin Party beach. Hotel is very clean. They give us pool room. Thx I sent 5 times msg to hotel via booking.com but they dont answer msgs. This is unacceptable and rude. Breakfast is poor

Hotel is not looking for repeat visitors

I found this hotel disappointing for a number of reasons, and left feeling like they do not care if they ever get any repeat business, and have cut corners because of it. First, the most major hassle with this hotel has to do with their key system: No matter how many people are staying in the room, they will only give you one key. This means you must always arrive and depart together each time you leave the hotel for anything, or else leave the key with the front desk and then sleep with the door unlocked while you wait for your roommate to return. This also goes for the keycard that works the electricity and AC. Which brings me to my next point: the AC here is absolutely terrible. I arrived to my room to find it 34 celsius. After running the AC non-stop for 9 hours, it was still at 28 celsius (and we then had to turn it off to leave the room, as the keycard that runs the AC is attached to your hotel room key). Next, the hotel lacked some pretty basic amenities: there are no washcloths, handtowels, or hand soap in the room. There is also no phone, clock, or alarm clock in the room. In-room safes vary based on room type, but forget putting a laptop in many of them as they are only large enough to hold a couple of passports. Lastly, breakfast was a joke. They say breakfast is served from 8-11am. We arrived at 10am to find not a drop of food left, other than a few slices of white bread for toast. When I asked a staff member to confirm the end time for breakfast, she confirmed 11am and agreed to bring out more food. She returned 5-10 minutes later with 2 servings of scrambled eggs and 1 serving of french fries. Meanwhile, more guests arrived looking for food and there wasn't any for them either. I never did see what the other options were. This hotel is fine if you are coming to the full moon party, not planning on actually sleeping there, and do not care about sleeping in a hot room with no amenities. But if that is the case, you can book a hostel much cheaper. The only pros to this hotel were that it was walking distance to the full moon party (about 15 minutes), and that they offer a free taxi during business hours (roughly 9-5) to places in the immediate vicinity.
