Wonderful helpful staff. Thank you so much for all of your assistance. Breakfast was delicious too. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. I didn't use the spa but friends said it was great. Great location. By Skytrain and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great hotel. It’s clean and modern. The spa is quite nice too. You’re definitely going to love staying here. The bed is comfortable. They give u two bottles of water in the room. Fantastic deal. I guess it would be nicer to have a higher floor. It’s definitely a newer hotel. Check in is quick and easy.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the shopping street with shops and restaurants lining the long covered walkway. But it is a slight walk from the train station. The hotel looks very modern and has great Wi-Fi. The rooftop spa is a great idea but was too crowded when I was there. The hotel may want to consider limiting access by hotel floor or number of pax. It is also a short distance away from the bus stop for the airport express to KIX

Good enough hotel in Kobe

Overall my stay at the Candeo Kobe was good. I slept well and the breakfast was really good. The room was clean. The room itself was a little small, especially the bathroom. The tub was very short. I am 5'6" and I was not able to sit in the tub and straighten my legs. There also was minimal counter space around the sink. The hotel takes up floors 3-13 of its building. The elevators were always in high demand regardless of the time of day. The hotel staff were very helpful during my stay and they were quick to respond to emails after I left.

Can't think that they put foot wrong. Excellent location, very clean rooms, breakfast was sufficient and food tastes good, onsen was wonderful with a brilliant outdoors spa. Everything went well and staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect 10.
