Excelente hotel. Todos os funcionários desde recepção, restaurantes, praia, muito profissionais e extremamente educados. Bastante caro, mas vale bem o dinheiro. Desportos aquáticos são cortesia do hotel, todos os dias fruta fresca e água mineral no quarto. Entre as 16 e 17h chá ou café com bolinhos também cortesia do hotel. Nunca vou esquecer a canção de despedida a que todos os hóspedes têm direito á saída do Santibury. Não há nenhum tipo de stress, nada de control de toalhas, banho , piscina, praia, precisa usa, tudo muito facilitado para o bem estar do hóspede. Quarto limpo 2 vezes por dia. Jardins muito bem cuidados. Praia calma , limpa, comida muito boa, pequeno almoço com muitas opções ocidentais e orientais.. Só falta um mini Shutle Bus para o Fisherman Village, mesmo que fosse pago. Preço dos táxis absurdo.

O hotel Santiburi tem uma área imensa e as suítes são distribuídas em um lindo jardim à beira mar! A praia é muito tranquila e agradável, o serviço do hotel é excelente (especialmente a Pia e a Nuchy que além de muito simpáticas são extremamente atenciosas), café da manhã maravilhoso, academia completa e um spa fantástico! Travelers with reduced mobility beware

The Santiburi Ko Samui is a very nice complex, set in a huge park, very well maintained and clean, with very nice and personable staff. Our Deluxe Beachfront Villa was really luxuriously appointed, the bathroom with a walk-in closet offered more than enough storage space, and the air conditioning was very efficient. However, travelers with limited mobility will have problems at this hotel. Since my wife relies on a wheelchair, I specifically asked before our trip what the accessibility situation was and was told by front office manager Thawatchai Loyprom, "Our restaurants and main swimming pool are wheelchair accessible." Not true! The problems start as soon as you arrive at the hotel. Although there are ramps to the right and left of the stairs to the reception, in order to use these ramps, one must first get onto a sidewalk about 30 cm high, which is absolutely impossible for a wheelchair user without the help of a strong companion. The restaurant Vimarnmek, where the rich and delicious breakfast buffet is held in the morning, is accessible up to the terrace, to get to the buffet you need to climb a few steps. So this restaurant is NOT accessible. The chic lounge with its happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. is also accessible only by stairs: Either from the reception level seven steps down or from the pool level nine steps up. If you make it to the lounge and have to go to the bathroom, you have to go back up seven steps, because the restrooms are on the reception level. So the lounge is also NOT accessible. Speaking of toilets: Even if you are by the huge swimming pool and need to go to the restroom, you have to climb a few steps first. The toilets by the pool are also NOT accessible. The restaurant Sala Thai with its very good Thai specialties is also located on reception level and has an additional threshold in the entrance, as in Thai temples, over which you have to climb. This also makes the Sala Thai NOT accessible. The Pool House with its terrace is also one step higher, so it is also NOT accessible. Only the Beach House Restaurant is accessible without any problems.

Amazing!! great service and really nice location. the garden villa is big and clean and you have everything that you need. very privat villas. very good breakfast and food in the restaurants. the beach is great and clean with helpfull service stuff. Would book it again and again and again :-)

Absolutely superb Villa with own large pool and staff second to none . A stunning location and restaurants to Match .The free water sports and instruction staff are great ,this hotel has the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen . Many thanks we had a great time 😎 Best regards Mark
