Our stay in this hotel was not a good one. It began with our airport pick up which was offered but the hotel did not confirm. So instead of the comfort of knowing there was transportation we were left desperately trying to contact the hotel moments before boarding. The reception was not helpful and not very well polite. Not only did they shrug off a lot of our queries as we checked in but was not inviting at all. When we checked in, our room key kept tripping the electricity to the room. So even while tired we still had this to sort. Overall a bad stay and not worth a recommendation.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend here. Location is good, you can find a lot of restaurants just nearby. The room is clean and tidy, basic which is enough for us, the staffs are friendly as well. 15 minutes to KK town, 15 mins to the airport, consider very convenient to me. If you are looking for a budget hotel in Kota Kinabalu, this is a very good choice without hesitation.

It’s very close to the airport like 15 minutes away but... it’s a little far away from downtown. Grab recommended. I wasn’t sure how to get around when I first got to the hotel until the staff taught me how to use Grab! Wonderful and friendly people for sure. The room is nice, I am happy for what I have. Love the free snacks that they provided :)

it's a budget hotel however the service is good and money worth of paying. provides bathroom amenities and clean towels too. location is a bit far from the city however if you want a a budget privacy stay i would like to recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is near many shoplot. A lot of restaurant, plenty choice of food. Room is basic, affordable. Near to the city center. Strategic location. Airport is nearby. You can easily book a grab driver
