I stayed between 20/03 - 22/03 and I wish I could have stayed longer. Initially I upgraded to a bigger room and the receptionist was incredibly helpful; waiving the cancellation fee. The location was fantastic and the room had a side view of the main square. We were able to walk everywhere and see more sights. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and luxurious, both bedrooms had soft clean bedding, comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage. I am very impressed and will only stay here when I next visit. Thank you for making my trip so wonderful.

The room was amazing!! Super comfy bed! Prosecco and flowers when I arrived which I believe was a package available! The room was clean and supplied with all the kitchenware you should need. Only problem was trying to open the door. Just needed to press the star key before inputting the code supplied. Would use them again for sure!

Cracking time in Fragola apartments- Krakow

When we arrived and went into the apartment we were absolutely delighted with how beautiful it was. So spacious and so well equipped in the kitchen area. Tea, coffee, sugar etc etc all they’re waiting to be used. My favourite feature of the apartment was the sauna. This was an absolute luxury after a busy day out exploring. Very well located with just a short walk to the centre and beautiful buildings and a park area all the way to admire .

The Best Place to Stay in Krakow with Awesome Customer Service!!

WOW! This is like having an apartment in a full service hotel! Our view was stunning as we would wake every morning to the clop clop of horses hoofs as the carriages get ready for the day. The bed was big and comfy, the shower had great water pressure (for my long hair) and was nice and hot after a cold day of sight seeing. The best part was the front desk to provide assistance with anything that was needed... this is something that a lot of apartment rentals cannot provide. Lastly, book a transfer... nothing better than not having to worry about searching for the rental and getting to and from the airport was a breeze and definitely worth the money. We will stay no where else but Fragola Apartments when we return... And we will return!

Place has everything what you probably need for short term, tea and coffee, refrigerated. Very good value for money!

Just perfect apartment for vacation! Very central and very quiet . You not gonna be disappointed in this clean and safe environment. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back, definitely ! Thank you very much for everything Fragola apartments!
