Me and wife planned for one day stay-cation in this hotel since my wife always told me this hotel look very beautiful, But i really regret ; 1. the reception in Level 66 - there is long queue always in-front of the to go up even there is few lift. 2. The room is beautiful but the water heater very slow to get heat. 3. The room air-cond very noisy the whole night 4. Guest only can use swimming pool only for 45minits. If more then that the security guard will ask you to go out. 5. No bell boy in-front of the hotel to received or collect the luggage. I'm definitely wont repeat this hotel. Wasting money only.

I book the hotel to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday I book 2 suite room 1 for my family artisan emerald suite and another for my friend family Louis 3 1)despite asking them to arrange a special cake arrangement before we arrive ( complimentary) but they dint do anything just if they told me they won't doing this type of arrangement I would have get a cake myself ..I assume this is a 5 star hotel cz 5 star hotels does this complementary just to make their customer happy ...after I call them and ask them where is the cake ?than a front desk staff Sharill brought a small piece of cake for us ..very much appreciatable but no surprise element for my daughter 2) the hotel is never meant for kids ..the swimming pool was deep 5ft and the most important here all the room windows can be opened and reachable for my 3yo I go5 a heartattack looking at her opening the window and I call the front desk no one answer than I msg them so they immediately send the front desk staff again Sharill appeared he helped us to lock the windows and I told him cleared I have booked 2 rooms and I ask him to go to another room also and do the same ( lock the windows ) and for my surprise he never turn up to the other room ..we have to try to call him n send the watsapp but no reply so we decided to try ourselves and lock the window and just make sure the kids don't go near the windows 3) the breakfast spread was terrible A) NASI LEMAK , BUBUR , SAUSAGE , BACON , POTATOS AND SOME MUSHROOMS B) 3 TYPES OF CEREALS WITH MILK C) 2 TYPES OF FRUITS AND SALAD LEAVES D) BREAD WITH DAMN OF TOASTER WHICH TAKE SO LONG BUT NOT TOASTING . NO JAM I DINT GET THE JAM IM NT SURE IF FINISH E) BLACK COFFEE BUT IN JUG F) YOGURTS AND SOME MUFFINS for a hotel charging like 5 star but serving food worse than 3 star is like midnight robbery..cz when u pay like 780 per night stay and u get this for breakfast is really really disappointing 4) The front desk staff Nora she was very very sarcastic... she ask me if I have any reviews so they can improve and I told her exactly what I felt especially on the children's safety and I did told her I have stayed in many hotels and immediately with a very very sarcastic manner she ask me if I will be going to Four Seasons after this ...this is for u Nora no matter 4 seasons or Arte by Thomas Chan remember I'm bt staying for free and ofcz its my mistake I dint take the reviews here seriously tempted with the pictures and mistakenly booked an overated hotel but u as front desk learn ur basic manners and ways to talk to your customers u can't go far my friend with that manner ya 5) the room deco was absolutely nice but if u look deep wires hanging around visible and no proper cutlery available the tiles room seriously is not safe at all myself slipped atleast twice Artisan emerald was not carpeted but Louis 3 was carpeted Overall I believe I have wasted my money on my stay and I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS hotel

My sister booked here for my birthday, she requested for some birthday deco in the room couple of days earlier but when we arrived there nothing is made . We had a seamless check in from Ms Nora , she even sent us surprise birthday cake to our room . Spacious and beautiful room except the water heater didn’t function , my sister call the front desk and make complaint around 5pm , the receptionist Mr k told her that her that will ask the technician to check no one one turn up , but he did call us several time and inform us that the technician is on the way , only housekeeping foreign staff came to check on us even though he can’t help us but at least there is someone came try to solve our issues .. this issues got dragged till 8.30pm again mr k called us and approached for a room exchange only then , I was not feeling well and slept early, so my sister told him that can’t exchange the room because I was sleeping so nothing can be done we had our shower in cold water , just i don’t get it what happen to all the technicians in the hotel ?.. next for the breakfast we requested to send it to the room ,so lousy breakfast , Nasi lemak with prawn sambal and American breakfast , prawn in the sambal chopped into three piece it’s like tiny worm in the sambal seriously that’s so cheap even budget hotel can do better then this , we check out early and booked our stay in other hotel that can serve us much more better .. check out process by mr Adrian he is so humble and helpful… we told him the shortage we had during our Stay , he promised to call us back but till today no one called us from Arte .. if there is anyone plan to stay here my advice please do not waste ur money here there is more better 5 star hotels can serve u better ..

Came here for work. The room is clean and fancy. Will definitely come again! They even have wake up call service for sahur and if you take breakfast package they will send the food early to your room which is so helpful for a muslim who is fasting during ramadhan month 🤍 thank you so much arte. And not to forget all the workers are very friendly and helpful too! 😊
