Good Stay, alot of amenities, easy to get cheap food nearby at all times and a few different standards of convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Big rooms, the Ac was abit too cold at times. Will visit again

Enjoy our one night stay in Robertson, thru agoda. Free wifi and free carpark space . High floor thus great scenery. Reliable security and selling yummy food just a doorstep away. Near to pudu bus interchange about 5-10mins walk

A lovely studio unit I stayed for almost a week. Big swimming pool with a comfortable sun bed and stunning view towards kl Tower Side. Close to many attractions place and nice grocery down the apartment.

Short business trip to KL

Great service at high end serviced apartments in the CBD all amenities and facilities in good working order. Breakfast at the supermarket ground floor was excellent. A.7/11 on the street also plus some nice local cafe restaurants. I didn't use the taxi's outside the apartment I used my Grab taxi account instead, so I can't comment on them, other than I seen people using them. I have already re-booked Robertson for my next trip to KL in early December.

Nice apartment but service need to be improved

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment which also had a small kitchen area, living room and plenty of storage. Slow check-in process, the staff seem to be new and did not know what to do. Did not get any information about how things worked or the facilities that were offered (pool, gym etc). The security system is ridiculous. You get two key cards for the apartment but only one card to get in and out of the area and in and out of the buildings. You also need that card to get in (and out of the pool-area and other facilities like the gym). This means that if you are more than one, all of you have to do the exact same thing otherwise you cannot get out. Cleaning is only done if you ask for it in the reception, it is not enough to put the sign on the door and we had to leave the key card or stay at the apartment while they were cleaning. Cleaning consists of changing sheats, nothing else. The south building which we stayed in have four elevators which should serve 46 floors with apartments. However, one was broken and one was only for constructors, and we ended up waiting a long time to get an elevator. The apartment is nice and the facilities are great but the are a lot of improvements that needs to be done, especially the routines concerning the check-in process and the keycard-system.
