Poor hospitality with Outdated and Poorly maintained rooms and amenities.

I stayed over the weekend for the rainforest festival and while it is extremely convenient having the shuttle transport right outside the hotel, everything else is in shambles. From the front desk service, to the outdated rooms and hopeless amenities, I doubt I'll be coming back here again. The water temperature is low and either too hot or too cold. Amenities are lacking (soap dispenser hardly dispenses anything), the corridors and throughout the hotel has the musky smell which puts you off. The TV channels are hardly functional and room service has only 4 dishes after 11pm. My check out took 20mins although I prepaid for my room!

I checked in the hotel at 3 pm for 2 rooms. The staff told me that they will call me and give me the room card once the room is ready. My brother managed to get his room card after one hour waiting at the lobby. Then I managed to get the room card at 6.26pm (after 3 hours waiting). How's the poor management of the hotel with 5 stars international hotel. In addition, one of the staff at the front counter was not friendly with the client. The toilet at Level 2 was not clean regularly with the toilet paper on the floor.

Pullman in Kuching is good and new from external. But internal except the lobby is very poorly maintain. I have stayed many hotel from Accor group but this is the worst experience. No doubt the room is big but the floor is sticky. No disposable slipper provided. Just 1 dental kit provided and no shaver. The room need a major renovation. The arm chair are so dirty and wear. The desk chair are in the same condition. Over all is very badly manage. The staff also never makeup my room when I back in the evening at 7pm. Level 2 toilet is so dirty. A lot can be done to improve.

Hotel is clean and spacious, excellent service provided throughout my 4 days 1 night stay, the breakfast is the best in Kuching! Pizza and pasta with varieties and value for money.Love it so much!! Definitely will come back when my next trip to Kuching~

Hotel was clean and well kept, checking in was easy and fast. Rooms well equipped, being in the center of town you have bars and restaurants within a radius of 1km. Only sour experience here was during breakfast , one of the staff in the egg section was making joke of my request. Im sure it doesn’t happen to all , so overall good experience of stay was pleasant
