Ótimo hotel em Kuta movimentada

Fiquei aqui uma noite durante um passeio da Indonésia com Overseas Adventure Travel. O quarto era limpo, confortável e "como novo". A área da piscina é muito boa. Comida era boa e os funcionários foram excelentes. Recomendo se hospedar neste hotel.

Quartos novos e modernos, café sem opções ocidentais

O hotel é moderno, novo, tudo funciona bem. Os funcionários só querem agradar. As coisas decepcionantes: 1 - o café da manhã, pros ocidentais, deixa muita a desejar. Tem muita comida (coisa de oriental... arroz, macarrão, batata, feijão...) mas pouco pão, iogurte, essas coisas que a gente, brasileiro, come de manhã. 2- não é muito perto do centro de Kuta, pro Discovery Mall dá mais ou menos 1Km e pra Kuta Square ou Beachwalk, vai por mim, pega uma táxi (Rp20.000 - cerca de de 2 dólares americanos).

We are return visitors to the hotel. Mr Ari and his staff are always very welcoming always acknowledging you by your name when they greet you. It truly feels like our home when we come to Bali. Location of the hotel is fantastic, facilities and accommodation are enjoyable. Breakfast now offers an egg station. You can order extras like bacon, cereals, cheese etc if not in the buffet area and also your lattes and cappuccinos are no extra charge if you don’t want their standard coffee. The use of the sister hotel pool area with ocean view adds to the experience. If you are looking for reasonably priced rooms that are clean with very friendly staff we would definitely recommend giving the hotel a try

Great hotel for the price. We enjoyed the stay. Staff are amazing, rooms clean and pool area good. Breakfast buffet is great. Sister hotel next door fronts the beach and their pool is amazing which we used daily.

Perfect for a first time visit to Bali

I’m currently staying at this hotel, it’s my third week of a 3 week stay. It’s very hard to find any fault with this hotel, it’s spotlessly clean and in a great location in the Kuta area. Check in Fast, friendly and efficient. I was allocated to room (206) which was exactly what I had asked for by email a week prior to my arrival (low floor, close to all facilities and a double bed) none of the rooms here have a balcony but it’s really not needed anyway. Room Keyless card entry system which worked first time every time. Spotlessly clean room and very well maintained. Everything worked exactly as it should. Great fridge with ice cube tray, tea and coffee making facilities and the air con worked fantastic. A couple of uk style plug sockets and many round pin types are available. The room lighting layout arrangement is thoughtful and very modern A huge comfortable bed, soft cotton sheets and super soft pillows are provided. The only slight negative was the WiFi which was a little weak on some days but fair/good on other days. The WiFi at the sister hotel is super strong and the best I’ve experienced outside my own house. Good shower but I would have liked the water a little hotter. Room safe easy to set up and worked great. Room Cleaning Fantastic thorough efficient service. water, tea, coffee replenished, towels and bedding changed daily by a lovely friendly lady. Staff All hotel staff without exception are some of the friendliest I’ve ever come across. They are all a credit to this hotel. Food Breakfast buffet is very good and surely has something for even the fussiest eater. A good breakfast here can easily set you up until early evening. I only used the hotel restaurant once for an evening meal but the menu choice is very good and prices are very reasonable. There is no facility to charge to your room but major cards are accepted Facilities Hotel has a small pool and around 15 sun beds but were mainly unused. Plentiful good quality pool towels available and no drama about changing or using a towel card. I use the much larger pool in the sister hotel. From room 206 it is only a 4 minute walk and just a further minute to the beach and coastal path to Kuta gate and beyond. The gym at the sister hotel is available (3 minute walk) and has a good selection of modern equipment which is in very good condition Location Absolute perfect. A couple of minutes to the Lippo Mall ( think small Trafford centre in Manchester) containing the large Primo supermarket, a 6 screen cinema and lots more. There are many money exchange facilities near by but if you don’t want to walk, there is a major bank actually attached to the hotel. There are many shops and wonderful bars and Warungs (cafe) nearby some literally opposite the hotel. So would I return to this hotel? You bet, in a heartbeat even though I takes 17 hours to get here.
