Wonderful Experience: Superior service, delicious food, spacious room and convenient location

I stayed in two different hotels with my child in Kyoto. This is our first hotel to stay for 5 days. In the the first day, our flight was delayed. I immediately email the hotel as we booked hotel’s restaurant for dinner. The hotel staff responded me very fast and help me to change the reservation time. This hotel staffs responded email very fast. Usually less than an hour. It is quite unexpected. But such efficiency gave me a good first impression. The staffs are very helpful. They helped me to book other restaurant and responded me fast. I asked other Kyoto’s “six-starred” hotel to help me to book a bento in other restaurant. They replied me the bento was sold out after 4 days. When we arrived the hotel at 7pm, the staff welcomed us with drinks, snack and hot towels during check-in. We were surprised. My child secretly told me the staff was so nice and he had a good impression to this hotel. It’s late night. My child felt tired and didn’t want to have dinner in restaurant. However, I made a reservation in hotel’s restaurant and reserved a set menu. I saw the staffs and chef were waiting for us to have dinner and only us to reserve a table. It’s embarrassed for me to request to serve the dinner menu in room. The staffs were very helpful. They agreed to do so and serve us the dinner in three times (appetisers, main course and dessert). All dishes were very yummy and the staff served us dinner was very nice. We had a great dining experience as in restaurant! The room is very spacious and clean. The view is face to Nijo Castle. The environment is very comfortable. My child and I like it very much. He urge me not to change other hotel in this trip. The location is very good. Near bus stop and train station. Supermarket is Just 7 mins away from hotel. The breakfast has three choices. We tried western and Japanese one. Both are very yummy. The ingredients are fresh. Even the vegetables in salad, it is obvious that the chef chose and make it carefully. All of them are fresh and no black spots. The staffs to serve us in the breakfast time were nice and professional. They can remember what we wanted. Everything is good. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

ギャリア二条城京都に、ホテル名変更です。

2022年3月1日より、アコーからバンヤンツリーに会社が変更されるため、ホテル名も、変わります。そのため、急遽、宿泊しました。 スタッフも内装も、しばらくは、このままだそうです。 Mキャラリーの文字は、消えますね。 お部屋にある、ネスプレッソ、ヴァーチュオネクストは、国内初だそうで、二層になるコーヒーで、飲みやすかったです。 元々のいいところを残しつつ、より良いホテルに生まれ変わると、いいですね。 期待しています。

パートナーの誕生日祝いで利用させていただきました。 部屋の清潔さや快適さは言うまでもなく、サービスが非常に素晴らしいです。花束やバースデーケーキを全て手配していただき、提供するタイミングも完璧でスタッフの方々のスキルも高いです。 あと、朝食・夕食も非常に美味しいですが、特記事項として洋朝食でKursのトーストを提供しています。このパンは本当に絶品です！

場所はとても便利で静かです

東西線二条城前から徒歩1分程度。二条城のお堀のが見える静かな立地です。 ランチを頂きました。とても美味しかったです。お酒が提供できないのでちょっと残念でしたがノンアル3種とのコンビネーションはとても良かったと思います。 解説がなかった食材についても後から教えて頂きました。 お部屋は思ったより狭かったですが、調度品は統一感がありました。 ベランダに出られないのがちょっと残念でした。 コロナが収束したらまたお邪魔したいと思います。

京都の街中でオーベルジュを楽しむことができました

私の誕生日に記念に「Singular 眞蔵」で食事をするために「離宮スイート」に宿泊しました。 大きな窓がありベッドが窓側に向いているので、ベッドで寝そべりながら、二条城の緑や青い空、比叡山方面の山並みなどを楽しめました。 また広いテラスがあり、心地よい風で、夕涼みや早朝のコーヒーを楽しめました。 「Singular 眞蔵」で、夕・朝・昼と3食頂きましたが、素材にこだわった優しい味の和風の料理を楽しむことができました。メニューが重複しないようにご調整頂きありがとうございました。ただシェフにお会いすることができなかったのは残念でした。 今回は誕生日の宿泊ということで、花束などのプレゼント、ありがとうございました。花束は、無事自宅まで持ち帰ることができました。
