I had a good time during my stay in the restaurant. I like the design of the restaurant, dining tables are just satisfying the environment clean and fresh. The foods are delicious and I also like the waitresses and waiters services .
Horrible hotel and staff!
What a horrible hotel this is! I travel alot to cyprus and always stay at lords palace, this time I thought I'll stay here for a change and my god I wish I didn't! Rude staff that can't speak English, charge you for soft drinks on a half board basis, even wanted money for my babies milk where everyone gives milk for baby free. Anyway the manager said milk for baby is free! Lords palace is one fantastic hotel, staff and management couldn't do enough for us! Here no one greeted us, when we left the guy at reception didn't even say bye or thanks for staying! I was I my there 2 nights thankgod! Or else I would have checked out and gone to lords palace! Never again will I be visiting this horrible hotel!
NOVEMBER STAY
Booked eight nights half board with Cyprus Paradise, check in swift and pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room 117. We had asked the tour operator if hotel could do something as it was my 60th year and 20th wedding anniversary. Not only were we upgraded the hotel gave us a small bottle or local wine, bowl of fruit and chocolates. Thank you Pasha management nice touch. The hotel is stunning and spotlessly clean with a great aroma in the lobby. We only tried the self service once as we like to eat out with friends and relatives, the food was plentiful with lots of choice. One negative we like a night cap, and had two spirits with mixers a whopping 140 TL wow don,t mind paying over the odds as it is five star but hang on £10.00 a drink? This is the TRNC, other than that thank you Grand Pasha brilliant stay.
Touch of the good life
The hotel certainly lived up to our expectations and in some areas exceeded them. The decoration of the hotel throughout is lovely, the room was very well appointed and the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Don't be afraid to ask one of the waiting staff for an omelette or other sort of cooked egg if you want. Loved the fresh water served liberally at both meals; cut down my drinking of alcohol! If I had one criticism it would be that several of the staff do not speak English and I found that a surprise in a 5* hotel. The other advantage of staying at a casino hotel is that the pool is largely unused so we often had the whole area to ourselves! All in all would rate this holiday very highly.

i stayed here for one week from the 18th september. lovely room with such a comfortable double bed. nice bathroom with a full sized bath which sadly leaked over the floor when i had one so stuck to showers after that. room is kept spotless by maids, free water tea and coffee everyday which was great. pool in hotel was lovely always enough sunbeds. spa downstairs is nice with great massages. sadly i was attacked by a mad cat on my second day and the hotel couldnt have been more helpful taking me to hospital to get cleaned up and a tetanus shot all on the hotel at no cost to myself so thank you very much it was appreciated. should i return to kyrenia i would definitley stay here again. once again thank you for a lovely stay.
