Stayed 4 nights for snowboarding trip. Excellent location in the centre of town. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms were very small but the beds very comfortable. Clean bathroom with a great shower. The any negative was the pool was cold.

Family friendly hotel with great mountain views

Our family stayed at the Carlina for the second time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in connecting south facing rooms with have great mountain views and a balcony. Room sizes are decent. Food in the restaurant is of a high standard and the daily menu is good value, although we had one day when a few items were sold out. We left our skis at a rental shop next to the slopes overnight which is a 7 minute walk from the hotel and there is also a local shuttle bus nearby.

Enjoyable family holiday with friendly and attentive staff

Here for a ski holiday with family and friends. Very friendly and caring staff really made the hotel stay. Nice and quiet rooms and good breakfast also real positives. A slight walk uphill from the ski lifts at the end of the day only (minor) negative. Happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

Reception and staff generally very helpful food in restaurant excellent! However first night booked a table for 9pm arrived at 9.02pm due to delayed flight and was told kitchen was shut!! Did get food after making an almighty fuss!! Pool very very cold!!! Told on departure it was 29 degrees but that is the temperature of the tropical pool in centre parcs this was certainly not a pool for anything other than hard swimming not for relaxing or playing with your children. Location though is good for skiing and the town.

LOVELY HOTEL AND VILLAGE. BREAKFATS CONTNENTAL BUT GOOD HOWEVER, THE EVENING MEAL, WHCH WE TOOK ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT, WAS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS SERVED (MINIMAL PORTION SIZES). ALSO, THE PRICE OF THE HOTEL HOUSE RED WINE @ 46 EUROS PER BOTTLE, WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A RIP OFF, PARTICLALRY GIVEN WE WERE IN FRANCE. THE RED WINE WAS VERY POOR QUALITY. A SIMILAR STANDARD OF WINE WOULD NOT BE OUT OF PLACE AT HOME BARGAINS OR B & M. STOP AT THE HOTEL, BUT AVOD DISAPPOINYMENT IN THE RESTAURANT AND DRINKING WINE. MIKE CARR
