The front desk staff made us feel like celebrities during our stay, the hotel was very clean and smelt great. Our housekeeper was the sweetest also. My only issue was the the checkout housekeeper not nice at all. I had late checkout and she tried to make us leave before time; which I did not 🙂. The front desk apologized multiple times..... My new fav place.

We stayed with our high school baseball team for a play-off trip. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Our team loved the breakfast and really felt at home.

Home 2 suites in Lake Charles was spotless. I loved the color scheme and mid century modern feel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen in the room was clean and equipped with all the extras needed for a good stay. I liked the lighted mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast options were great too, I had a sausage, egg and peppers breakfast bowl.

Great Hotel with Even Better Staff

I stay in hotels all across the country for work and this is one of my favorites. The staff that works here goes above and beyond to help make my stay as comfortable as possible. They’re always welcoming and friendly when I go through the lobby, making sure I don’t need any water or have anything they can toss out for me. I also work nights and am always asleep during regular housekeeping hours. I was getting ready for work (3hrs after they’re done for the day) and I got a knock at the door and it was a housekeeper named Kayla. She informed me she stayed late to be able to clean my room and not wake me. She was so very polite and friendly, I actually stayed in the room talking about the area and all the storms that have damaged so much of the area over the years. Will always stay here when I’m in town and will make a point to tell everyone else who comes to do the same. Thank you Home2Suites staff.

My husband and I made a room block for our guests to stay here for the weekend of our wedding and we received nothing but good comments. The rooms were spacious and very clean! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our out of town family and friends!
