Fui a Lancaster com a minha família para visitar uma grande amiga que mora na cidade e fazer compras, já que além de ter excelentes outlets na cidade ainda tem a vantagem de não ter imposto. Escolhi o hotel por conhecer a rede Comfort, mas chegando me surpreendi positivamente com a qualidade do serviço, a cordialidade dos funcionários e a localização ( praticamente em frente as outlets). Os apartamentos são grandes e limpos, a única desvantagem é que fica passando ar que vem de fora por baixo do aparelho de ar condicionado e como pegamos temperaturas muito baixas (- 16 graus Celsius) era complicado ficar descalço.

My wife and I come to Lancaster on a yearly basis and we always try to stay at Comfort Inn because we have had a good experience in the past. This year was no different. Our room was clean, the staff polite and helpful and the location is perfect for us. The only issue would be a little more variety concerning the breakfast menu. Perhaps some peanut butter and sausage gravy and biscuits. Overall a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend.

First time at this location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast lacked hot items, consisting of cold cereals, packets of instant oatmeal, muffins, bananas, yogurt, juice and coffee. There was some road noise from commercial vehicles. This location seemed to have more room door banging than I'm accustomed to. All in all, I will stay here again.

Disappointing Stay

My husband and I just stayed at this location and were disappointed. I read the positive reviews and expected more. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive but the room fell short and the breakfast was not good. We stayed in room 101, a King H/C suite. The room itself was okay but worn. The bathroom was the issue. It had a roll in shower which is very worn, the shower floor was cracked and bowed, the rubber gasket along the bottom to keep the water from running onto the floor was edged in mold and mildew and a ceramic tile was falling off off the floor trim. The inside rim under the toilet seat was also coated in mold and mildew. The lighting was very poor, it was dark in the shower. The floor was dirty and there was not HOT water, just warm enough to shower without being cold. I did bring the issues to the attention of the desk clerks and they had them addressed but the issues were not completely resolved. As for the breakfast, it consisted of 3 cold cereals, packets of instant oatmeal, 2 types of muffins, oranges, yogurt, juice and coffee. All unhealthy carbs. They were supposed to have microwaveable breakfast sandwiches but did not. I got two conflicting stories. One clerk told me they were cleared to offer s full breakfast but that they cannot staff it. Another clerk told me that is all they are permitted by Choice Hotels due to Covid and that the food supplier has cancelled their deliveries due to a lack of drivers? So which is it? We have stayed on several hotels during this year and were offered much better breakfasts, even at the height of Covid. In all, these issues need to be addressed. The rooms need deep cleaning, walls and carpets need cleaned, etc. The manager needs to do a walk through and inspect the condition of the rooms. I was offered a small adjustment to my bill for the issues I encountered which I appreciate but feel the issues should not even have occured. The location of the hotel is very convenient and was quiet.

What a wonderful experience! The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. They made check-in seamless. The room was clean and in excellent condition. The hotel is in a location that provides easy access to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel will be my go-to every time I visit the Lancaster area.
