Hotel próximo da estrada que leva a Berlim. Bom lugar para se fazer um pit stop em uma viagem longa. Quartos pequenos, box minusculo. O ponto alto é o excelente café da manhã, que bate muitos hotéis de melhor categoria.

5 star price should include easy to use internet connection. unnecessary sign in works poorly and is needed frequently, why? Rooms are basic, nothing special. Would have needed an iron for my shirt. Restaurant is nice with good food.

We are guests in this hotel now, we went for the Hannover Messe exhibition. Today having a breakfast they mooved us from one table to another one. No problem but after 5 minutes it happened again. Considering the amount we paid for one week of the stay here we are just wondering why they moove us twice because of the people who is coming for the breakfast from the street. At least the staff could take our plates and glasses and dont be arrogant.

We had two rooms booked for 4 nights, but checked out after only one night. We had booked what they called a "comfort room", but there was nothing comfortable about it. As we checked-in we were told that we had been upgraded to a comfort room, which was incorrect as we had anyway paid full price and booked a comfort room in the first place. We were then led through two stairways and via a car park to our room.Though toiletries were apparently included there was just shower/soap gel and nothing else. The toilet was extremely small and the shower was so small that you have to bath at an angle, which also meant that the whole bathroom got wet. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so after a hot shower, all surfaces of the bathroom were wet. The TV in the room was not working either. No ironing board was provided and we had to bring our shirts to the reception to get it ironed. It felt like a money-making move for the hotel, as any decent hotel would at least provide an ironing room for it's paying customers to iron themselves. The receptionist also told us a ridiculous story about how irons are not allowed in German hotel rooms as it's a fire hazard, and that is why they don't offer irons. Having traveled to Germany regularly, this is completely wrong and the alternative hotel I checked into (after my bad experiencing at Wegner) already had a iron and ironing board in the room. The attitude of the receptionist was also arrogant and she said that she has been working in the industry for a long time and that these standards were perfectly acceptable for the three star rating the hotel has. It is my opinion that it was below 3 stars, however, the price we paid at well over USD 200 per night (without breakfast!), is certainly a 5 star price. We didn't want to argue with the rude receptionist and left without even asking for a refund. Cannot recommend this hotel.

room is clean, breakfast is very good. Nearby establishments are mostly closed at lunchtime. Mall is about 10mnts walk. city about 15mnts by taxi. Rate is too much for the standards of the hotel. >euro300/night and they dont even provide basic toiletries. only liquid soap. wasted 2 nights for earlier booking made for a friend who can not come. hotel was not willing to consider even just by a change of name or date for another friend to use the earlier booking.
