A true model for what hospitality looks like

This hotel overly surprised me. Very large dining area with a huge bar. Many Hilton Garden Inns I’ve been in are much smaller and limited selection. I was amazed at the variety of ciders available. The restaurant person mentioned the GM is very involved in the selection of drinks offered. VERY IMPRESSED. I don’t know her name or the cooks name when we were there in 12/29 but both were outstanding. The two of them hammered out the many food orders as there was another large party there as well. Sabrina at the front desk was very prompt and was able to answer my questions and was very quick with responding through the app. This Hilton Garden Inn should be a model for Hilton across the country. The staff did such a. Excellent job. This is a great hotel for a staycation!

I believe this is a new hotel. We had a very spacious room and we we allowed to pick out the room we wanted digitally. I like the digital keys. We were too late for breakfast but it looked like they had a good selection. The hot tub was nice but the pool water could have been a little warmer.

Okay stay-not the best

Our stay was okay. Front desk was friend a check in, room was clean upon arrival, location was close to our event. Pool was closed out first night and we were told very rudely from an employee “pools closed until at least Monday, someone puked & pooped in it” this was on Saturday evening. Sunday evening the pool did open up, hot tub was broke & pool was freezing. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it wasn’t that great, basically a continental breakfast but you had to pay. Not the best stay, I’ve stayed at several other Hilton hotels with a much better experience.

Excellent extended Stay at this hotel. This hotel has top notch employees who know customer service. A very clean, well managed property. From the housekeeping to the front desk, every employee was very professional and accommodating. It’s refreshing to find a hotel that still knows how to cater to their customers.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The service providers were polite, very helpful and quick to respond to our every need. The group areas, eating area and rooms are luxurious and expansive. We will be coming back!
