Bed was very comfortable Room clean Breakfast excellent with hot eggs/pancakes available We were very happy with our stay after our initial finding of hotel -we didn’t like the area -right on top of 1-5 across from bad looking trailer park but staff ensured parking lot was safe

It's a Holiday Inn Express, so I wasn't expecting much. It's right alongside the freeway, with a large gas station behind, but even so, it wasn't noisy. The room was as expected - standard HI Express furnishings. Would have appreciated a safe to leave my laptop, electronics etc while out of the room. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues, which were immediately handled and followed up by Maria, the manager, who was wonderful. She took the time to call and listen and was very receptive to my feedback. The lady who looks after the breakfast room was very friendly - actually all the staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel often for business. This is truly is a great clean friendly hotel to stay at. They are very accommodating to my schedule and always offer the best service. They even packed me a to go breakfast as needed. My only single complaint would be that the room key cards do not work 70% of the time. Every time I’ve stayed here I’ve had to go up and down the elevators/stairs to get new cards to get in my room. I know about magnets and cell phones and stuff like that but it becomes super annoying when none of those things happened and you are still up and down the elevators/stairs just trying to get in your room and sleep. This isn’t a new issue so please fix it.

This is a brand new property in the Holiday Inn Express lineup, in which we have great trust. Checking in on 9-14-19, however, we had a minor cleanliness issue. We called the front desk, who immediately offered to move us to another room. We declined, as it really was a minor issue easily remedied. The Housekeeping Supervisor, Ashley, arrived within minutes, and with her assistant, made short, efficient work of fixing the problem.... then came back later with a "goodie bag" of bottled waters and fruit, and a handwritten note apologizing for our inconvenience.

South of Stocktons seedy downtown area, so felt unsure til laid eyes on the place. No worries at all. Clean, stayed on 3rd floor near elevator. Did hear a little traffic from 5 fwy in the early AM, but not bothersome. Fast food, & other economical restaurants close by. Target store also nearby. Breakfast very good, pre made omelets, bacon, oatmeal and pancakes. Loved the labels monogrammed on the pillow cases as soft or firm. Furniture (sitting chair) old and should be replaced but does not stop me from staying here again!
