If you value life, do not stay here!

Is there a place for a negative star?? There’s a sign on the desk that says no one within a 50 mile radius is allowed to stay there…This place was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There were people smoking weed outside on all stair wells, reluctantly we got our keys, went to the room to give it a chance and the cleaning lady tells us ‘UH UHHH THIS ROOM AINT READY’ I said that’s it, we are not staying here at the cost of our family’s safely. So I went down to the front desk to ask for our money back and the front desk lady asked me if we ‘CHICKENED OUT?!?!’ Who says that sh*t!? We called Expedia and got our money back thankfully. What a JOKE!

Good for a short stay

The room was up to date. Nice size TV. Comfortable mattress. The mini fridge and microwave worked well. It was one of the better grab and go breakfasts. The A/C worked well and did not make much noise for a window unit. Thought there was going to be a hot breakfast, but got grab and go instead. Light bulb missing next to bed. Tile floor sticky. Ice bucket missing plastic bag liner. Do not disturb sign missing. Virtually no water pressure at the sink. The first night had virtually no hot water in the shower, but it was fine after that. The hallway temperature was very warm. The front doors did not slide open on a sensor...you had to pull and push these type doors.

We needed a place to stay in Laurinburg and this was close to where we needed to be. The hotel is under renovations, so some things were not available: pool and breakfast room. There is plenty of on site parking. We arrived 30 minutes early but were given a clean spacious room. The front desk as well as the cleaning and work staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet despite being half full. In the morning, we were given a bagged breakfast to go...Very good! The coffee in the lobby was excellent!

We are on vacation and came here with a reservation from Priceline for a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival we got one room with a single king which was still dirty. Pee on the base of the toilet, some weird pink stuff on the other side of the toilet (clearly it wasn't cleaned). The bath stopper didn't work, shower curtain was full of holes on the bottom. They replaced the tub recently and left the sticker on the tub which was pealing off. (So other people's shower resedue was on the sticker), black mold in the mini fridge, a used washcloth on the shower curtain rack that was left behind. A hole in the wall where the cable wires were coming out of. ( A hole big enough for a small child's hand). The GENERAL MANAGER said the room we got isn't guaranteed and basically told us to kick rocks. (We have 4 people 2 of which are kids). Also we were unable to get a refund when I asked for it. The only silver lining was Candace at the front desk who was more than helpful and wound up cleaning a room for us with 2 beds by herself. Candace gets 5 stars...the hotel should get 0. Please rename this inn to the Cringy Inn.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Located in the middle of Laurinburg, easy access to restaurants and stores and right off of 74. We will definitely be staying again when we are in town.
