Overpriced and Filthy - We stayed one night here based on a recommendation from a friend. Such a disappointment! It had a very cheap feel to it. The shower had mold all over in it, there was someone else’s hair ball hanging from the mirror, there was dirt all around the baseboards in the bathroom. The faucet was so loose you had to hold the base of it with one hand and turn it on with the other. The wallpaper is peeling up all over in the bathroom as well. For $190 I would expect the place to be in good condition and spotless.

The price was ok but the employees were entertaining themselves with the pool playing, and talking at the central desk during breakfast time. Minimal sleep due to loud ac/ ventilation system. The breakfast was good but confusing to know what food was complimentary and which was for sale.

I was in a hurry and didn't read the reviews or I probably wouldn't have booked in the first place. Here are some positive points: The employee who checked us in was great. The breakfast was acceptable with pretty much the normal options. The bathroom was actually good in size and had a nice shower. But here's the negative: I glanced at the screen as my husband signed for the credit card charge; later I checked my confirmation and discovered that it was supposed to be about $20 less than what he had signed for. The employee had no idea why it came up that way. They did correct it - but if I hadn't noticed, we'd have been overcharged. Not good! We didn't care for the decor - kind of odd, pretty "mod" with tile rather than carpet; no closet, just a small space for hanging clothing plus some hooks on the wall; an odd side table; an office style chair instead of a cushy one. But the reason I wouldn't stay here again - there was no ice bucket in the room; instead, they were next to the icemaker (no liners or lids) where anyone could handle them. That would be bad anytime, but especially in this COVID era, this should not be allowed!

We stayed just one night as stop on a long driving trip. Hotel was clean and modern. The "bulletin board/White board" in the lobby had suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable, and the pillows were medium size. I also liked that they have a water filling station for water bottles right next to the ice machine.

I booked the hotel on points (what a waste of them) and they charged me the outrageous rate. I have been calling the manager Jarrod the last week with no answer or reply to my voicemail. Come on Hilton, you can do much better!!
