I and my wife enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and stocked with all the necessities. The lobby is tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good. We found Ms. Roopi at the front desk to be exceptionally warm, hospitable, responsive, and kind. She made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

Horrible front desk person. Dirty shower and dirty sheets. The front desk guy was rude. Made me very uncomfortable in front of other people that were checking in. I travel 3 out of 7 days and stayed here for a few nights and every time people were very rude when checking in. Time to switch to another hotel.

Pet fee is 75, not 50. Aside from the fee difference the room was as described and clean. The staff attitude was average; no one went out of their way to greet you but completed requests for info/room items when asked.

Throughout our stay and encounters with your evening front desk staff, I strongly believe that they can use additional training. Not as professional as you would expect from that position. We were part of a large party which should have been all on the same floor. We were not accommodated as originally requested when booked several months ago. Also, my family and I were locked out of our room for almost an hour due to the battery of the door lock being out! What in the world - how does that even happen! Thank God we did not have an emergency. We missed grabbing dinner because everything around the resort was closed by the time we were able to get inside our room to grab our wallet. While we were sitting in the lobby waiting for maintenance to arrive and open our door, we were not even offered a drink or a snack. I even mentioned that we missed having dinner because everything had closed and we were really tired and hungry. There was no sense of urgency from your staff!

poor staff no welcoming front desk lady rude as hell and didnt care that we had problem that was solved and she laughed and went on to next guess like she didnt care they got 2x off card we showed proof and she going say it wasnt their hotel when cleary said them like really we didnt agure cuz was my son birthday and all we wanted was nice night to medival times and nice breakfast and place sleep since medival times was far from our house never again i rather go to the other 5 hotels down street
