Booking website did not note this and hotel number defaulted to reservations number so couldn’t call to check in advance of booking. Frustrating! They need to make the booking experience more user friendly, especially for people traveling with pets.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Close to stores and restaurants. Hotel is older with dark decor. Room was clean with the exception of the tile in the entry. I don't think it had been mopped. The room had poor lighting. Breakfast buffett was $12 and only included bacon, eggs, pancakes and cereal. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is the first time I have been disappointed with Hilton Garden. I would not stay at this hotel again

Extremely noisy room

Booked 2 nights, but checked out after the first night. The room I was assigned was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. All night loud noise from elevator, from some pool technical room and barking dog! I will definitely not be returning...

I stay at the hotel 1-2 times a month. I appreciate the staff and the clean rooms. I always feel treated well by the Hilton team members and Maria for breakfast. I know that I will be taken care of when I am at HGI. Good people.

Clean and convenient

I stayed here while I had meeting at Hill AFB. It was super convenient to the South Gate at Hill, and there was a nice brew pub a very short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and would've had a nice Mountain View, but it was a bit obstructed by the massive HVAC unit outside on the roof. I would definitely stay here again.
