I travel from my cozy home in Stowe, Vermont every couple of weeks to stay overnight and visit my daughter who is in medical school. I can bring my Aussie, get in the pool, exercise and visit with her in comfort. Clean, friendly and low stress every time.

The Hilton Garden is a fine hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Service is friendly and helpful. There is a high charge for the breakfast offering. One can do better at other breakfast places in the region.

Excellent Stay with one Exception

This hotel is lovely overall. Very clean rooms, great shower, and extremely comfortable beds. The only negative was that staff was rarely seen at the front desk, and 2 times we rang the bell in the middle of the day and no one came out from the office behind the desk for several minutes. As a Diamond Member for many years, and HGVC owner, we are extremely loyal Hilton patrons. At this property, our MyWay benefit is a $10 per person food and beverage credit per night stay that can be used for the purchase of any food on-site. This includes the grab and go market as outlined in the Hilton 2023 terms and conditions. When we asked if we could get some snacks and drinks, we were told that the F & B credit could not be used for this and that the policy had changed this year. We were told we could only use the credit for breakfast or at the bar - neither of which we were interested in. Upon calling the Hilton Diamond customer service desk to confirm this, we were told by Lucas on a recorded line that that was not the case at all and that the food and beverage credit, $20 in our case, could be used for the purchase of ANY on site food and beverages. He also advised that if this Hotel said that this was not the policy, they wanted to open a case to look into it. We will not open a case, but hope that the management of this hotel clarifies the policy, especially for loyal HH clients.

Attractive rooms and lobby. Recently renovated and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Warm and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future when in the area and am glad to know this hotel is so appealing as the ones in Hanover fill up quickly,

The best Hilton Garden Inn

What a terrific Hilton Garden Inn, the best I have stayed at in 20 years as a Diamond member. The hotel is spotless, with a huge open lobby, comfortable chairs, and nice decor. My room was a spacious premium room with a sitting area with a full-size couch, large tv, and credenza. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, and welcoming. The staff was great, the evening desk clerk was friendly, and offered to help with some food options and the day desk clerk was likewise friendly and helpful. You will find large spacious elegant doors, a comfortable bed, and attentive staff.
