Excelente quarto, com um bom espaço interno, banheiro limpinho, com microondas e frigobar. Café da manhã com excelente custo benefício. Lugar bem tranquilo para relaxar durante a viagem. Possui uma Piscina limpa. Recomendo para todos.
always stay there on way to LA
Very nice decor, clean and nice service! We always stay there on the way from SF Bay area to LA. In addition to cleanliness and good service I really like the western theme in the architecture and in the room decor.
Behind Door #1....
Stayed here after driving hours from Arizona. We called while on the road to make sure there were 2 rooms available and on the ground level for a senior family member. Assured by the front desk there were all kinds of rooms available after asking if there was a room with 2 queens and a single room with a king, and ok with pets so didn’t need to make a reservation. Upon arrival asked for the rooms needed and were told no problem. Rate was a bit high $100+/night with taxes. The rooms face out to the parking or inward toward pool. It took a bit to figure out the rooms were toward the pool so not ideal for a mobility challenges senior but we went with it-it was on the “ground” floor. We were surprised to open the door to the 2 queen room to find a single king. Upon checking with the front desk we were told that there weren’t any double queens on the side that allowed pets so given a king; doesn’t work for 2 people who don’t sleep together! Given a blanket, sheets and pillow to sleep on the pull out sofa bed as an alternative. There were rooms with double queens on second floor but no elevator to get there on the “pet” side. Here’s a thought, could they have told us at check-in that the room situation where pets were allowed didn’t have the rooms we wanted instead of opening the door and being surprised? Rooms were clean. Had in-room coffee. The breakfast was carb heavy with waffles, oatmeal, box cereal, and pastries. Other items were yogurt, oranges and apples. No proteins such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. Noticed guests had to ring bell at front desk to get service in the am however the staff member seemed friendly. Overall ok experience but would have appreciated more discussion on room availability or let us reserve what we needed before possibly the rooms weren’t available later.
open door and bugs
After contacting the front desk and parent company without any reply I am sharing our experience with others. After driving from Mesa AZ in rain and wind, we were delighted to safely arrive at the Days Inn Lebec knowing we would be staying in a safe quality hotel. Upon arriving to our room after dusk, we found the door to room 107 wide open. As 2 senior women, this was quite concerning. We called the front desk and were told the "maid must have left it open." Upon awakening the next day we discovered a big "pincher" bug in the bed as well as one on the wall. In addition, we were awakened at 530am by the barking of a large sounding dog. Upon checkout, we told the reception staff of our issues, confirmed a contact number and were told the manager would be in touch. That was 8 days ago. I also contacted the address of the property and have yet to receive a reply. Bad Business. The adjacent restaurant is excellent.
All good things about this stop. We are loyal to this property and love its location to the water "sidewalk"....great for senior walking or biking. Beautiful mountain views, nice adequate but not luxurious rooms, ok linens, etc.
