Upon arrival the parking lot was poorly cleaned of snow, the greeting staff was friendly and informative. No coffee K-Cups in the room, staff claimed the supplier was out, 10 minutes away Costco had lots of inventory. Complimentary breakfast was extremely poorly executed, nothing was ready on time, and coffee was not prepared guest sitting around waiting every morning of my three night stay. Fortunately McDonalds and A&W are close by.

No shower

Was catching an early morning flight out of Edmonton book this hotel went for a shower in the morning handle fell off of my hand had to run to catch a flight reported to front desk they offered me another room to shower before my flight but I did not have time I called twice and had my wife email t hotel They were two weeks responding with an email and didn’t believe me that the shower handle fell off in my hand in the morning all I wanted was a bed and a shower I got the bed no shower after work I went

Always a pleasant experience. Rooms are modern, clean, everything feels new, staff is always friendly and great price. I always book here whenever I fly out. They offer shuttle and parking, close to the airport. I signed up for member rewards for the extra perks.

Extremely Disappointing

Booked this hotel after researching several in the area for an anniversary getaway. I purchased the Romance package and the king suite with jacuzzi tub for our stay. Check-in was good, then we went up to our room. Upon opening the door and walking in, it was quite apparent that none of the romance package surprise for my wife was present. The only thing present in the room was the stained carpet and dirty jacuzzi tub. I went downstairs to bring my concerns of the lack of my package being in my room. First I was questioned of whether I even purchased it, then the front desk finally decided to look it up and confirm that I did purchase it. The next step the front desk took was to blame the morning staff instead of taking any responsibility. “The morning people are supposed to deal with it so there’s nothing we can do” I then asked what they could do for me as now there was clearly no way I’d be getting my package and experience as purchased. I was offered 10% at the restaurant at the hotel next door as this place doesn’t have a restaurant. An absolute slap in the face. After 5 minutes of going being the wall they came out and said they’d just give me the the money back for the package and nothing to make it worth it. So ~$50. I said that’s not good enough to just give me back the difference for their error and ruining our anniversary experience. I asked for them to speak to a manager and do better, as well as some wine glasses for the wine I now had to go get my own champagne as the hotel wasn’t able to come through on their promise. The wine glasses were of course, dirty. They said they would call me in my room after they spoke to the manager. 20 minutes went by and I was called with “the best we can do” offer of them taking my package off my invoice and an additional $20 off! Wow. For a chain hotel, like the radisson who makes millions over millions every year, to offer $20 off for their is extremely embarrassing and another slap in the face. So recapping, $206 for a stained room, dirty wine glasses, gross bath tub, and some very poor customer service. But don’t worry it gets better, at checkout, when I asked for a receipt for my stay, and the lady was able to finish her WhatsApp personal text conversation, she was able to provide it for me and to my surprise, well not really a surprise. My package was taken off, and then not $20 like I was told, but just $10 was taken off. Unbelievable. Thanks very much, Radisson, for completely ruining the one night a year we get away from the kids and slapping me in the face with pathetic offers after the errors YOU made. Some of the worst customer service and the worst experience I could have ever imagined.

Been here for 2 weeks for work room cleaned once? Bed made towels left but wouldn’t say cleaned Was told it would be cleaned every 2 days I will never stay here again You would get treated better in jail I think. Says breakfast at 630 never ready if you’re lucky it’s ready for 7 am And not very good anyway.
