Fomos passar 4 dias a Leeds, gostamos da cidade, o hotel não está muito longe do centro, tem um bom buffet para o pequeno almoço, um ginásio e preços competitivos, staff simpático. Ao voltar a Leeds, este hotel será considerado.

Excelente relação preço/ qualidade. Limpo, com quartos amplos e camas confortáveis. Dispõe de internet nos quartos incluído no preço da estadia. Os empregados são simpáticos e disponíveis. O pequeno almoço é excelente, bastante completo e farto. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom a comida é óptima. Quanto baste para fazer da estadia uma agradável experiência. Recomendo.

In our experience, the hotel was poor overall. Check in was ok. Nice they have an underground car park. Useful if not familiar with the area. Check in was quick and friendly, however, that's where the good (pros) ended for us. As it was late, we went for a quick couple of drinks before the bar closed. The coke was the worst I have ever tasted and there was no bottled coke so had to accept the one they pour from the dispenser. Our room had old furniture, you could see the cloth for example on the armchair had worn away. Furniture was old and looked like it was from the 1980's. The rooms need a massive refurbishment to say the least. The bathroom was also old and from the same era. The marble and tiles in some places are discoloured and brown. The shower head above the bath is old and worn out, water struggles to come out. The bath drain was clogged and water could not escape so after a few minutes, water was rising in the bath resulting in me getting out quickly. Was going to take a photo on my phone, but it wasn't pretty and would have viewers feel sick. We didn't bother with paying for a breakfast as I had such a poor experience. Check out summed up the whole experience. We waited patiently for the gentleman with ginger coloured hair to serve us as he was busy on his computer. Eventually, he looked up, asked if we were checking out to which we answered yes, and he then just said throw your key in the glass bowl, and carried on with his computer work. Shocking customer service, he couldn't have cared less that we were paying guests who were checking out. Wasn't bothered, didn't ask if we had a pleasant stay or anything. There must be better in Leeds - we won't be back.

My partner and I have just returned home from a wonderful weekend away in Leeds. We have often stayed at the Clayton in the past. It's a fantastic base from which to explore Leeds City, 15 minutes walk from the city centre. When we arrived this time we were checked in by a lovely guy called Phoenix. He was a mine of knowledge as to all things happening locally. We took his advice and had a lovely time. Thank you Phoenix for your courteous service. You are a credit to Clayton Hotels Group. Very comfortable stay

Fantastic staff. The roo. Was very comfortable . Me and my son stayed he enjoyed it so much. Felt welcomed. The room was £62 for a king-size and single bed, was very large than expected, clean, warm. Plenty of facilities we had access too. Already booked again for next weekend
