At first glance, the bungalows appeared to be in good condition, but upon closer inspection, it became clear that they were not living up to expectations. The bathroom was in poor shape, particularly the shower and taps. My air conditioner was not functioning properly, some of the furniture was quite dusty, and there was no WiFi in the room. Furthermore, I was overcharged for a ferry ticket, and the staff lied to me directly.

Great family run hotel Clean and tidy They supplied great recommendations for snorkelling and money change There is a small breakfast available at extra cost however many local restaurants around Location is great have your driver drop you at Lemongrass restaurant And walk down lane WhT I liked was it does not have a bar so nice a quiet Byo soap etc Already rebooked again

We stayed at Mega cottages for two nights from 27/12. The pros. On the beach location, sun beds, deck chairs, infinity pool. Cons. We booked a deluxe cottage. There was nothing deluxe about it! The bedroom was dirty, dust everywhere. stains on bedding (claim on website luxury bedding, not true). Two very thin towels. No toiletries at all, not even soap for hand washing. Expedia claim toiletries included, they are not. Also no room safe. Breakfast ok, although tables and particularly chairs need good scrubbing to remove bird droppings. It would only take a few minutes but they really dont see it. It's a shame as with some cleaning and adding toiletries this hotel could go from ** to ****! Location. Good. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and also 5 mins away in town. Lemongrass Restaurant superb. Lastly, its a shame the beaches are not cleaned regularly, so much rubbish which really is sad. ALL the dogs I encountered were lovely and friendly.

The mega cottages are lovely. It was a bit odd to stay in a place with no room housekeeping but that did nothing to detract from the wonderful stay. The landscaping and pool are immaculate. The breakfast was ok. There are many restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.
