PAY ATTENTION, Pay attendion, the hotel charged 210$ on my credit card after saying my cancellation was effective and free of charge since they couldn't provide me the room I requested. They refuse to refund me the money stolen.

This seems to be the newest of several HI properties in Leon. It’s around 15-20 minutes by car to the centro on a busy main thoroughfare with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are large and well-furnished. Unlike many Mexican hotels the beds are comfortable. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I have a few quibbles: none of the bedclothes are tucked in under the mattress; I know this saves the hotel money by reducing housekeeping time (not so good for the workers), but I don’t like it. The Time Out bar off the lobby made my margarita with squirt, carbonated mineral water and a little tequila, and it cost 150 pesos; need I say more? Buffet breakfast was just ok and cost 250 pesos, including the charge for water. The restaurant was well-staffed with very attentive people.

Very nice Hotel, my room as a IHG Member it’s amazing!!! The girls at the front desk (Ivette & Debra), very helpful, great assistance and advisors. Highly recommend... 1st. Time in Leon and we seriously considering all the suggestions of Ivette and Debra.

Besides being a brand new hotel (so everything is nice quality and works properly), it is located in a nice area, mainly if you do not want to go far for a nice restaurant or look for something to do after business hours. There is a nice bar / pub close to reception desk, nice option to grab something to eat and have couple of beers. Service is great, very corteous all the time which make you feel at home. In my case, forgot a doc in the safe and they were so kind to leave it ready for a transport to take it and deliver to me.

Fully recommended for a business trip, it is clean and cozy, the attention of the personal makes you feel like home. The morning buffets is complete and delicious quesadillas of whatever you can imagine. Rooms are clean and with enough space to relax and work inside the room is necessary, the bathroom has plenty of space.
