No place to park, tiny, ice cold room, lots of noise from other guests and rancid food at breakfast. Also the rooms are much smaller than advertised. The receptionist vanished all of a sudden so access to the hotel was impossible.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our room was neat and clean, with a very nice view of the canal. A good breakfast with fresh bread and fruit was nice. And the very friendly staff who made us feel welcome! Thanks for having us

My worst expirience ever

Me and my wife are expirienced travelrs with plenty of hotel expirience. When checking in, I already had the impression that the clerk was either having a bad day or mistook us for an unwanted customer. The fact that he emphasized that it was a "Bongo room (received from our children as a present)" that we had reserved seemed very suspicious. When we opened the room door, we immediately noticed the trapped musty smell, even though the room had not been ventilated in months. When we wanted to roll up the blinds to ventilate the room, it fell down. Then we only noticed the condition of the room and the building. Unmaintained windows, a wreckage of a radiator that barely hung on the wall, wallpaper peeling off the walls and sagging beds. (See attached pictures) We had never experienced this before. If the concierge and the room we received are a reference for this hotel, this hotel should close immediately for hygiene reasons. Fearing for our health, we then had to decide not to spend the night here. We left the key at the reception and were just about to leave when the concierge walked behind us with the comment that we should take our key with us when we go somewhere. When I informed him that we had decided not to spend the night here, he didn't even bother to suggest an alternative. He was clearly happy that we left??? Didn't he have an alternative and was our room really a reference for this hotel? Court of Aragon….Until never again.

Nice hotel in Lier

Good sized room, pet friendly :) lovely positioning, next to city center, next to the river. Parking not included but very close to the hotel. Walking distance from city center. there is one thing that could improve: it would great to have some veggies for breakfast :) as a side

Quiet room with a nice view, but room was dated.

Upon arrival we received a free upgrade, which was very nice and much appreciated. The room itself was definitely clean, but the furniture has seen its best days. One of the blinds at the window was broken, one of the larger standing lamps was missing a lampshade, so the room gave off the vibe that they did not care about the general homeliness anymore. Breakfast was definitely okay and I liked the look of the breakfast room.
