I just want to say what a great experience we had spending 2 nights at Thunder Valley. We enjoyed a beautiful and most excellent steak and chicken dinner, along with some tasty adult beverages. Our gaming experience was most enjoyable, as well. Thank you for the most memorable birthday days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have disabilities and have a hard time walking so they made sure to put me in a room close to the elevator and offered assistance with luggage, etc. and had my car waiting for me the next morning when I departed.

Great resort but valet has to change

The resort is great but every time i check in to the hotel the valet is insistent on having my care keys. I do not want them to park my car for medical reasons. I just want to check in the the hotel. They will not allow me the check in then move my car. If there is concerns regarding the cars parked, put up some sighs park here for valet here for hotel check in. 99% of people will comply with directions. The valet is the first contact with you customers, The first impression sets the stage for the entire stay, I do not think you want it to be negative. I have stayed at your resort many times over the last several months. It has gotten so bad it is doubtful that we will return.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! I stay here for business but got to relax and play for a little bit after work which is pretty cool. Thank you again! I will definitely stay here again and tell my experience to my family and friends

Mary Quan is the most professional representative any company could employ.. She could teach lessons on listening, poise, and graciousness. She is mainly the reason we return to Thunder Valley because her influence makes us feel so special.
