Stayed for one night while passing through. Very quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well. Breakfast was basic continental with a couple of warm items. Would stay here again as it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. I needed a handicap room - few minor suggestions about handicap rooms: Grab bars needed in the bathroom Flooring should be all the same, having to navigate the changes in flooring is difficult when using devices (wheelchair, knee scooter, etc) I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to get me anything I needed as I was alone. James at the front desk was especially helpful (5 starts)!

I am shocked Comfort Inn allows their name on the building since I didn't see much that was clean. The breakfast area had crumbs on the tables day and night. The elevator floor was disgusting and looked maybe mopped once a week. Although the hallways smelled like weed, the room didn't have any bad odors. The issues I found were: the bathroom tub has mold around it, the two soap dishes in the shower have caked on soap/mold, the sink faucet was water/soap stained, and they left the open/used conditioner and body lotion from the last person (fortunately, I bring my own). The coffee maker also had the used filter in it from the previous occupant, along with dust. The floors were dusty, not mopped. There is more but not worth mentioning. I never had this issue at any other Comfort Inn, but this one is severly lacking in cleanliness.

The people were nice enough but the carpets in the room were filthy. We couldn't walk in the room barefooted because our feet got black. There were 4 of us checked in and we got to the room and there was 2 towels and 2 washcloths. When the breakfast bar ran out of food, coffee cups, etc. it was not refilled. I guess they have a quota of supplies and when it's gone....it's gone. We had to ask for clean towels and such for all 3 nights we stayed. There was no phone to call down to the desk and ask for anything. You had to go down and hope someone was there (which most of the time there wasn't). The older gentleman and lady, who were very sweet but barely spoke any English so talking to them was useless. Then to top off everything, I see they charged me the more than the rate that was quoted to me.

Hot, dirty, RUDE staff.

I booked an express deal on Priceline. We were excited because it looked nice and I had already thought about booking this. We arrive around 225, check in is at 3. Walk in and the lady is sitting at the desk, and just says “wait 20 minutes”. Parking lot is empty, windows so dirty/smeared you can hardly see through. Lobby hot, clearly AC not on or at least not a normal temp (I’m always cold…). We patiently waited in lobby. I asked receptionist where a bathroom might be as we had just been traveling. She wouldn’t even look at me or speak and just pointed down the hall. At that point I was done. It was well past 20 min and she said “it takes time” as she continued to sit and play on her phone. We decided to leave and then she started yelling and wanting to know our name, etc. We took a risk but pictures looked good, boy, we’re they deceiving. I didn’t even get a refund but it was that bad I would not stay there with my kids. It was like bad motel staff in a 1980s movie. Never experienced that in my life!
