This was our first stay and we will definitely be back! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! Nicky and the other girls at the front desk were amazing! So friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference!

On arrival the reception area was lovely, staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to get our room upgraded which was a bonus as it was our anniversary weekend. Room was gorgeous all parts of the apartment building were aswell lovely and clean. Perfect location for shopping and nights out everything was less than 5 minute walk away from the accommodation, they also offer to sort your paid parking for you but we chose to sort our own so had no experience with this. Great value for money will definitely be rebooking on our next trip to Liverpool

It is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property, the 1st time in a studio and this time in a 2 Bedroom apartment. Very clean, great apartment facilities and location. Extremely well sound proofed and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good apartments. We got one with washer and dryer and separate bedroom. Really clean and well supplied. There is even a gym but we have been doing so much walking we didn’t use the gym. Fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster. Some instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper sachets provided. Girls in reception really lovely. You can store your bags before your room is ready. Very central to shopping. Lovely big shower. Clean

Great location in the City Centre. Friendly reception staff when we arrived. Considering the location, size of the place and the fact it was fully booked we couldn't believe how quiet it was in the apartment. Loads of space with a full kitchen, really big bed and a lovely walk in shower in the bathroom. Even a washing machine and dryer available in the apartment if needed. Spotlessly clean and really safe as you need to use your room card to access the lifts and stairs. Will definitely be back again next year.
