Hotel ótimo próximo ao centro, café da manhã maravilhoso bem completo. Fizemos tudo centro, madame trusssod e arredores a pé pois é bem próximo. Muito bem localizado, limpo e moderno. Super recomendo.

The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to store our luggage. When we arrived the front desk staff was helpful. Although located downtown- the rooms were quiet for a restful stay. The location is convenient for visiting Western University and access to the highway or the airport.

The Little Things Started to Add Up ...

My 17-yr old daughter and I stayed here 2 nights. I have seen some of these concerns in other reviews, and I noticed some too... - the room I was initially assigned (503) smelled musty, and when I called down, they came up and moved me to 501 which did not smell. - curtains wouldn't fully close, but I had some hair clips and used those to close them so that people outside couldn't see in. - the below-ground parking lot was well lit, but there were two men (homeless?) who were there, sitting on the floor. They didn't cause me any trouble, but were talking to themselves and coughing, etc. and I wasn't comfortable letting my daughter go out to the car to get stuff on her own. Maybe that's just me being paranoid. - Rogers cable wasn't working the entire time I was there, so I had to hook up my laptop to the tv so we could watch anything. The hotel refunded the cost of the parking ($15/night) as compensation. We were both really happy with the breakfast. Simple (nothing hot unless you heated up a breakfast sandwich yourself, or cooked your oatmeal) but plentiful and good variety. The person running it was super friendly and helpful. The fitness room is small with only a few things in it (elliptical, treadmill, bike etc) but it was all I needed. Room was comfortable (a bit smaller than average), cozy. Good sized mini fridge and a microwave. Only 1 working elevator but it came really quickly so that didn't bother us. Overall, a good enough stay for the price. The small things are what prevent me from giving this hotel a better rating.

As three people from London, England, we were curious about its Ontario counterpart. It's well off the Visit Canada beat and we enjoyed being perhaps the only tourists in town. Contrary to some reports, the Allure seemed to be well maintained and our suite, twin with sofa beds, was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. The take-away breakfast was basic but acceptable; the girl who served us on the first day was friendly but the guy on the second day was dismissive to the point of rudeness. Apart from that, a decent stay. The neighbourhood itself didn't seem to be rough but a few of the bystanders were. Best to ignore them totally.

Clean and comfortable

While this hotel is in need of updating, it was clean and comfortablewith a great location. We had a king suite and enjoyed the extra space. The bathroom was clean and had fine water pressure. The bed linens were clean and very soft. The climate control was superb.
