Best hotel in town !

I have been to several Mama Shelter in Europe and it is always perfect. The one in London is amazingly well decorated, the rooms are so comfortable with a nice view on the city. The location in Shoreditch is perfect. On of my favourite London area, close to everything. But the best is their staff, all super friendly, smiling and so helpful. Big up to Samantha and Bam ! Will definitely come back soon :)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, Leo the manager is the nicest guy and really goes out of his way to ensure you have a good stay, 4 of us stayed for 4 nights. The food was gorgeous, the staff are so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back ❤️❤️

I spent several nights at Mama Shelter London in February 2023, and I really liked the place. There is no doubt that Mama Shelter brings something different to the hotel industry. Obviously, the decoration of common areas. Fun, stylish, cosy, and in any case far away from business hotels' standards. The touch of originality is less present in the rooms apart from the signature catchphrases such as "Make love, not laundry." Rooms are relatively tiny but comfortable and well-appointed. Bathrooms are also tiny, and the absence of shower gel and shampoo dispenser (only small soaps are provided) is annoying moreover in a hotel that claims environmental awareness. Food was a really good surprise. My expectations were quite low as usual with hotel food, but I was very favourably surprised by the quality of ingredients and the preparation of dishes. Breakfast was also very good. A lot of options (excellent coconut yoghurt), freshness of products and variety. It's, however, regrettable that expressos are charged as an extra. I have no hesitation to recommend Mama Shelter London for a stay in that part of the city and would be most happy to return.

Lovely hotel but… The woman named “Bam” working at the front desk is hands down the nicest hospitality worker that my partner and I had ever met - she was so lovely and accommodating and really helped make our anniversary extra special. Thanks Bam! :)

Best Hotel In London

This is one of the best looking & amazing hotel I have ever come across, nothing beats this hotel, all the staff members are very professional yet friendly with a caring personality which is a plus one for the hotel. I wouldn’t forget Imani who I came across the first time and she was very kind warm hearted down to earth member of staff. This hotel is a number 1 on my list & trust me go there you will not regret a day, the rooms are absolutely stunning almost like a celebrity’s room, the mirrors are amazing, bed is absolutely comfortable, domestic staff members are absolutely friendly & kind, always come for room service and provide all that you need. If I could give it 10/10 I would, for me this is a plus.
