Room was good. Breakfast was average. But worst was evening in Friday's . Just at 11 pm, they even refused to serve drink at their so called Michelin stat french restaurant. Kind of put you off as you dit expect bas hospitality from four seasons
Unparalleled and exemplary customer services provided by the Four Seasons

The Four Seasons provided meticulous customer services and their facilities are modern and up to date. I am particular impressed with services provided by Flora of their Spa who made special arrangement to accommodate massage requests by me and my husband, offering us a good rest prior to our flight to Hong Kong.

I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion have done so due to the amazing experience we had last weekend. The hotel staff were superb - very welcoming and engaging, facilities 1st class, as you’d expect. If you’re looking for a special occasion treat, I’d thoroughly recommend.
Amazing Stay at an Amazing Hotel

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We decided to stay at The Four Season Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square for our recent stay in London as we were doing a number of things in and around the immediate area of the hotel so we thought we would give it a try. The hotel ended up serving as a perfect base for our stay as it is across the street from the Tower of London and within walking distance of a number of other sites yet, at the same time, very central to anywhere in London as the Tower Bridge tube stop is literally 1 minute from the hotel's front door. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 p.m. from Heathrow after our flight from San Francisco. Although we arrived well before check-in time, our room was ready when we arrived. We booked an Executive Room as there were three of us travelling--myself, my wife and our 14 your old son. Check-in was quick and friendly. Perhaps most impressive was the fact that several weeks before our arrival I emailed the hotel asking about the possibility of some quiet space at the hotel late at night while I handled some calls back in the States so I did not have to disturb by wife and son while they slept. The hotel responded to my email with some suggestions by email which was great. When we checked-in, the staff not only noted my prior query but they literally walked me around the hotel showing me the various options...what a welcome! The room we were given was simply spectacular. It was huge with a massive walk-in closet and incredible bathroom. The pullout sofa was very comfortable and the king bed was the typical Four Seasons bed--the best in the business. The chairs were very comfortable and there was ample desk space to work. The wi-fi was exceptional. We received twice daily housekeeping service and they did a wonderful job cleaning the room--often while we were down at breakfast so the room was ready upon our return. Each night they would leave a little "gift" by the bed--an eye glass cleaning cloth, a leather holder for our cables and the like--a very nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the Rotunda. Breakfast was excellent--we loved the fact that it was not a buffet but, instead, al a carte. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had drinks several nights in the Rotunda bar and the cocktails were also great. We ate dinner in the Chinese restaurant and it too was very good. Although the room, food, location and physical design of the hotel are excellent, it's the staff that really set the hotel apart. The hotel does not have too many rooms and so it has a real boutique feel and the staff go out of their way to remember you and your preferences. Every single interaction with the staff was pleasant and they really seemed to go out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. While this is true with other Four Seasons at which we have stayed, the staff here really seemed to go above and beyond. London is home to some of our favorite hotels and, until now, we have always struggled with where to stay since there are so many great choices. I'm adding the Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square at the very top of the list as our stay was simply perfect and we loved every aspect of it. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a well located, intimate, beautiful hotel with top notch service. Well done!
Excellent luxurious afternoon tea

Took my mother for afternoon tea at the four seasons trinity square. The hotel was luxurious and what you would expect for a four seasons property. Staff were polite and professional and most importantly down to earth and humble. The afternoon tea was good quality and delicious, again everything you would expect for from a luxurious world class four season hotel. I will definitely return to try the Asian restaurant sometime and highly recommend to friends and colleagues. Thank you four seasons!
