Centrally placed, but worn

The hotel is conveniently close located to Paddington, and central London easily in reach by foot or public transportation. Unfortunately the hotel itself was a bit worn (especially the room and the coridors), not clean and very noisy. The sleeping comfort is at best average, and I would not reccomend the breakfast buffet as the quality of the food was not up to standards. I would have expected more from the hotel as it is associated with the Hilton brand.

Stayed two nights, couldn’t fault a thing, room 346 was excellent and very clean, air con worked well, the bed and pillows were amazing had a very good night sleep. Housekeeping faultless. The check-in was busy but well managed and was provided with an ice refreshing drink while in queue, we were in our room within 15 minutes of arrival to hotel. On departure left our bag with Concierge free of charge.

Poor Coustomer service the worse hotel I ever visited in my life, I'm surprised how this Hotel still there

I'm very disappointed how Hilton standards dropped in this Hotel. First, at the check-in a long queue with limited staff. One of the staff moved from one desk to another, few customers in the line left due to long waiting seconds during check-in. They provided me with one key card for each room. I requested more the answer showed how the standard is low and no anticipation of how summer will be busy the hotel. NO CARD AVAILABLE tomorrow. When the customer checks out we may provide you with extra. One of the rooms my kids arrived, the toilet unclean tissue paper in the bath room; the trash was not cleaned and when I complained to the receptionist, she said, sorry it's different department, I can't do anything. From professional I'm expecting to hear we will look into it and the duty manager will contact you. I think there is mismanagement in this Hotel there is no customer service is surprised why Hilton accepted this standard unless the owner is untouchable. My massage to Hilton if they realy care, It's doesn't mean the Hotel is full that they are doing will it's full because no other option when the London hotels is full. To be honest, the check-in staff done there best during check-in, unfortunately, my booking nonrefundable other wise moves to another hotel will be the best option for me, I'm disappointed with this first impressions, it's my first time her most probably the last unless I see improvements I'm my days here I will update this review as we go, final thoughts we deserve the best service for the amount we pay.

Not a good stay

Not a good stay Unfortunately the hotel went down a lot, staff are very rude and rooms and beds specially in family blocks are awful. Omar who is at the front desk is very rude, it’s like the front desk staff had no training at all. The beds are awful and broken we didn’t have a good sleep at all, visiting with my family and non of us could sleep you can even move as the beds make horrible noises. The rooms are very dirty and corridors are even worse. Towels and sheets are all on floors on the hall ways and it’s nightmare like you are staying in a cheap bed and breakfast. Even if you write an email to the manager they don’t reply until last minute, they just don’t care. That’s such a shame as this hotel used to be a good one but not any more.
