Average for service has to do with check-in. It doesn't make sense and is very uncomfortable to send guests to another location to pick-up keys, while with luggage and in the rain! Otherwise, a Nespresso machine and everything would be perfect!

Absolutely loved our 1 bed apartment, great loco, friendly staff. Clean, modern & comfy beds. Would 100% stay around & recommend to friends. Check in was easy, it had everything we needed & more. No complaints what so ever!

Perfect location in Covent Garden, close to everything (shops, restaurants, metro). Is also very close to Soho Area and 20 minutes walk to London Eye. Great Service of the Cove Staff, from before check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Ralston!!

Terrible experience

Rate 1 We checked in on 19 Oct 19/Oct Went to Acne st Martian to pickup the key at 2:00pm. However, no key was found in the deposit box. A lady who works for your company said now we cannot get the key from the deposit box. She wrote down my UK phone number. She asked me to meet her at 3:00pm at st Martian cove. However, when I arrived at 3:00pm. She said I came at the wrong time and I asked if I should come back at 4:00. She said I should wait for her call. I waited until 6:00pm , no one called me so I sent a email to your company . Your colleague gave me a call and said she called the Holborn colleague to give me a key. Finally I met your colleague and get into my apartment at 7:00pm. 20 Oct The TV was not working and the toilet seat was broken . A gentleman came in and fix the TV and he said there will be someone to fix the toilet seat. Toilet seat was fixed finally after we moved in on the 7th day. Oct 25th Someone came in and said they needed to check something so I asked her if the cleaning could happen in after 1:00pm cos I have on line lesson every mon to Friday from 9:00-1:00. She said she would inform the cleaning lady. 26 Oct The cleaner arrived at 10:00am and I asked her to come back after 1:00pm but she said she could not so she just cleaned the toilet and threw the rubbish and left. 28 Oct No hot water for bathing . Called the whatapps phone and someone said I should call back tomorrow at 9:00am 19 Oct till now , Wifi never work probably. every day rubbish truck collects the rubbish at 6:30am and road construction starts at 8:30am which is quite noisy but I can still torlence. However the renovation inside the building that started on 26/10 and 27/10 are so annoying and that really disturbed my work. on 28th , no more noise within the building . However, to play safe , I had cancelled all my on line meeting with my clients. I found other people hair and body air on the bed on the first day we arrive . Feeling helpless in the last two days staying in this apartment !

Great Stay in Perfect Location

My wife, 12 year old daughter and I chose the Cove to give us a little more room during our stay in London. The location of the room could not have been better! Covent Garden is a great place to stay. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops. The Underground is just around the corner and there is action at every turn. I just have to say, this was our first trip to London and it is now one of my favorite cities that I have visited (and I live ten minutes from NYC). The room of the Cove is great. It is an efficiency type room with a full kitchen, plates, pots, pans, etc. Everything you would need to cook a meal, if you wished to do that. The living area is attached to the kitchen a very roomy. The sofa turns into a bed and that is where my daughter stayed, while my wife and I had a private bedroom. There was a safe in the room for valuables and a hair dryer (as I understand there are issues with using an American hairdryer with the voltage difference). The room has no air condition and we were concerned about this because of the recent heat waves in London, but it was not an issue. The were two large fans in the two rooms and leaving the windows open offered a nice breeze. We were not uncomfortable (but we were also not there during the 100 degree days). Our room also had a balcony that stretch the length to the room and had two entries, one from the living area and one from the bedroom. the balcony had a table and chairs and overlooked the courtyard of the building, which had a few restaurants. My only issue with the room was the fact there was no front desk or workers on sight. We ran out of toilet paper on our second night and cold not get in touch with anyone to provide more. Other than that, the room was great in an excellent location and I would recommend staying here.
