The setting is truly just as beautiful and peaceful as the website says, and even more. The home is beautiful and the hosts were very helpful and gracious. Breakfast was amazing! We will be back and highly recommend it

Wonderful B&B in Lone Jack, MO

Prior to getting to the property, the communication about the upcoming stay was incredible. Once I got there and pulled onto the property, I had to pause and appreciate the surroundings, so beautiful! The B&B sits back off the road and is very quiet. There are limited rooms in the house for guests, which is perfect for those who want to get away from the noise and chaos of a hotel. I myself loved the 2 nights I stayed and when I have the chance will be back. Lastly, the owners of Walnut Waters B&B are good down to earth people and it was such a joy to meet them. If you have any doubts about staying here, don't. You will enjoy every minute!

Wonderful Birthday weekend

My husband and I wanted to bike ride in the KC area. I found this location on line and it was a wonderful find. Our room was well furnished and the setting overall was beautiful. We had a bonfire one night with Karl and Rebecca and enjoyed their company around the fire and over breakfasts. Rebecca is a great cook. I had to come home to cold cereal, instead of fancy, hot breakfasts. We walked around the big pond one afternoon and checked out the collection of games, puzzles, books and movies. We will definitely go there again sometime.

Walnut Waters was the perfect place to relax and regroup after a few stressful work events and business that brought us to KC. The BnB itself is very peaceful. The grounds lovely, and a great place to walk around and stretch your legs after a long trip. The hosts super welcoming, but good at giving you space to just be. Will be our “Go to” any time we travel this direction!

Surprised my husband with an overnight stay at Walnut Waters Bed and Breakfast. Carl and Rebecca were wonderful, gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time sitting around the firepit, talking to them and looking up at the stars. Our room, the Sycamore Suite, was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Gourmet breakfast was delicious! The view of the outdoors added to our breakfast experience. We got to walk around the property; use the paddle boat in the pond; relax in the rocking chairs at the gazebo, and even work a bit on a puzzle that was set out in the living room area. Walnut Waters Bed and Breakfast is definitely a peaceful place. We're already making plans to return. Would highly recommend this place to oth ers.
