Charged $75 pet fee which was almost as much as the room cost plus a frivolous parking fee. These fees aren’t disclosed up front and they are charged to your card after you leave so there is no recourse.

Hotel is average at best But to charge for Parking & Breakfast is Penny Pincing Grinch stuff. I have a choice & it won't be this hotel again. Then on top of that the drinks are $10. Not that far to stay in Marshal. of even better Shreveport & have casino's. Just got this territory & will be coming thru monthly. Hope they can make up my 2-3 stays a month with parking & high drink prices.

This hotel is clean but they charge for parking and breakfast. None of the other hotels in the area charge for parking and it appears to be a shameless money grab. This is not a downtown hotel and there's no shortage of parking. I would stay at the Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn nearby. Both are quality hotels that do not charge for parking! Front desk staff were very defensive when asked about parking fee.

I have stayed here twice and both times my experience fluctuated between mediocre and above average, but always with a couple of annoyances. The fact that they now charge $7 a night for uncovered and unsecured parking is a prime example. If you arrive after 10 pm and you haven’t read the “fine print” on your reservation, good luck trying to enter the hotel and check-in. You have to call some on-call number or flail your arms until you get someone’s attention. All that said, the staff were very friendly and really made up for what appears to be a tedious and micromanaged environment. I’ll probably give it one more go.

We have stayed at this property many times. Always clean, reasonable rates. The reason we keep coming back is the on site restaurant. After driving all day the last thing I want to do is hunt for a place to eat. They also offer a full service breakfast.
