This was my first time at this location. I was very happy with how clean the hotel was and everyone was so kind. It's not in too bad of a area too as there was a ton of restaurants very close by. only complaint is I would prefer the pool wasn't heated in the summer.

With no power nor hot water in our home, we needed a quick place to stay. Fortunately, this Inn was available and served our needs and accepted pets. It was a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

UNFRIENDLY, AWFUL BREAKFAST, UNINVITING, NO HOT TUB

Lost my reservation, breakfast was awful, unfriendly owners (appeared to be living on premises) as there were many different younger people slouching behind the check in with their heads lowered on their cell phones not paying attention to anything but their phones, certainly not their hotel guests. Had to ask repeatedly to get the basics such as towels and soap. Only said they would clean the rooms once/week according to their sign. Definitely unfriendly and had the "I could care less if you stayed here" attitude.. Dogs were in the swimming pool. Smoke came in our room every morning from who knows where. Wanted to use the hot tub as described on their website, but they didn't have one. They took it out but didn't remove from their website. The lobby had not one picture on the massive walls and was totally uninviting not only from the visual aspect but the person attending the desk during the entire three days, were uncaring and unfriendly. This owner/operator/family is in the wrong line of work.

Roach in bathroom. Lack of room maintenance.

Room 205, the handicap accessible room, needs attention. Mildew in the shower. Shower pan pulled away from wall leaving large gaps allowing bugs to get in and out, hence my roach in the shower complaint. (Pics and video available) Wallpaper in the bathroom pulling away from wall. Not adequately stocked with wash cloths or toilet paper. Wall thermostat doesn't work and no redirect to the ac/ heat unit display controls.

Nice hotel

This should definitely be a 3 star hotel. Clean room. Nice lobby. Customers service was a F. She was rude as soon as I arrived. Couldn't get the tv to work called the front desk a few times no answer. I figured as much. You want to feel welcome to a hotel not a burden.
