Um hotel bem localizado,quase na área central, bem conservado, com ótimo espaço no quarto, com bom custo-benefício, só faltou apenas um frigobar, para guardar coisas de geladeira, mas bem apresentável e conservado. Gostamos onde ficamos, pois foram muitos gentis.

Você encontrará o Hotel De La Vallee a 2 minutos a pé das Estações de RER (Rede Expressa Regional) e de Metrô Chatelet-Les Halles. De lá, você poderá desfrutar de conexões de transportes com acesso direto às principais atrações da cidade, à Estação Gare du Nord e ao Aeroporto Charles de Gaulle.

Nice stay and polite staff

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, the food was very good either. I was there for a pilgrimage so I wasn’t searching a luxurious place where to stay but the hotel has been very comfortable and just 10/15 minutes away from the cave by foot. Strongly recommend!

Worst treatment I've ever received

I was originally looking forward to staying at this hotel, however I quickly realized I booked the incorrect dates. I contacted the hotel and they said they'd refund my card to allow me to rebook. Days passed and they never refunded my card. When I called back to check in they said they had decided not to refund me, instead they tried to hold my money hostage so I would book more nights with them. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel in my life. Horrible treatment. Never stay here - there are plenty of other great hotels in Lourdes where you don't have to deal with liars and cheats. If there are any issues with your reservation, you're money is gone.

Clean and quiet hotel

This is very good value for money. We stayed 3 nights last month and our room and bed was clean and comfortable. All the rooms are air conditioned. My only gripe is that they don’t have tea making facilities in the room. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the Lourdes sanctuary thus in a quieter area of the town. And the way to it from the sanctuary is a bit uphill so if you have mobility problems be aware of this. The staff were very prompt and quick in cleaning our room. And the manager Thierry was very friendly and funny as well. Overall, I highly recommend this mid-priced hotel if you don’t mind walking a bit further away from the centre,
