Situado na parte norte da Croácia este hotel oferece uma excelente vista para o Adriático, com áreas envolventes de vegetação e passeios pedestres ao longo da costa. Os quartos são bons e confortáveis, restaurante e bares com qualidade para a categoria do hotel embora com preços acima da média para as bebidas. Pontos menos bons ou negativos vão para a qualidade de atendimento de alguns funcionários principalmente da receção, atendimento muito perto da antipatia como se estivessem a fazer um favor ao cliente. Limpeza e manutenção das áreas envolventes e piscinas a deixar também algo a desejar.

this hotel is closed!!! of course no one let us know and we figured it out when we got there. no one took the phone numbers on the door and it took us about half an hour to finnaly called the manager. they sent us to another hotel - the ambassador hotel. after we got there, they told us at the reception that they don't have a room for us and we have to go to another hotel. so we had to move again after 7 hours in car we were so tired. so we went to the admiral hotel. there, after a long explanation, they finally accommodated us. of course we had to pay for parking and we did not receive any discount or compensation. Admiral hotel is neglected, tiles are broken in the bathroom, the shower is clogged, it looked really awful by the pool, definitely not 4 *. at the end of the stay they even added rooms to pay, even though they had already been paid for in advance. again we had to argue and complain so we wouldn't have to pay them. i dont recommended at all the whole network of Remisens hotels
Not really air conditioning
While the hotel was very nice food was buffet style and tended to be similar most nights with lack of imagination and little variation. However it was edible. Rooms were what could be expected of a four star hotel though no iron or kettle in rooms. However the air conditioning was turned off during our stay. When I questioned the reason I was told to leave balcony doors open as at night the air was cool. The air may have been but somebody forgot to tell the mosquitoes. One of our party complained and air con was restored. However it was then turned off again. If you like a hot bedroom this is the place for you. Really found this aspect annoying and would put me off returning.
Not bad ....
Spend a week with my family in the hotel and we overall had a good time. The pool area has its mileage and is not very spectacular but fitted our needs. Highly recommend to take the half board including dinner as it is very well priced. Food was nothing special but fine. Beach side well taken care of. But the most enjoyable was the promenade walk. So if you don’t need the most modern but relxing place, this is it....
Hotel of contrasts
The rooms on the sea side were very comfortable, with the rooms on the street side a little noisy. The inside of the hotel was in very good condition, with the outside areas in poor condition. The pool actually had green algae, so we didn't go in. People would put their towels down to reserve a lounge around the pool, or at the beach, very early, then disappear. At around 10am on a nice sunny day there were around 180 empty reserved lounges with about 10 occupied and nothing available. Very annoying. Looks very good on the booking site but I would not recommend. It was also difficult to order drinks at dinner as there was not enough staff.
