im gonna just say. ramada located at 300 north mountain rd harrisburg pa 17112 is horrible. the only person holding that place a float is Terry!! the manager and and jennfer the night woman were not very professional at all. and i was told that jennifer goes online and writes her own reviews to make herself look good. terry was very friendly amd a super cool person. she was the only helpful amd considerate employee that dealt with us. she definitely deserves to work i. a better environment then what she has to deal with. Thank you terry ❤️
Do Not Stay
This hotel does not meet any cleaning standards and especially during a pandemic. The hallways were cluttered with trash and it was obvious that no cleaning crew had been there for over a week. The room that we were provided had ripped carpeting, broken towel racks and the window was open and broken allowing anyone to break in as this was on the first floor. Thankfully, we had enough energy to check out (without a charge) and continue driving to find a much cleaner and safer place to stay in another state. This hotel should be closed permanently by the state.

I booked a 1 night stay and paid more than what it was worth. The bed sheets and comforter were ripped the tub was disgusting. I asked to be moved same issue in room 2. No hot water either. I stood on a towel in the tub that's how gross it was
Do not stay here!
I checked in at 5:30 p.m. after a long day of driving. The first room they put me in, 104, had no towels, no toilet paper holder, moldy cheese was left in the refrigerator and not cleaned out by the cleaning people, and the worst part the door would not lock. You could push it in without a key card! Extremely dangerous. Went to the front desk, where the clerk doesn't care whatsoever about your issues. He gave me keys to a second room 114. I went down to that room and it looked like the bed had been slept in. It doesn't mean it was but it was made so poorly and was so rumpled that I couldn't be sure so I had to go back to the front desk again. At this point he just thinks I'm being a pain in the ass because he doesn't even care to go down and look at the rooms and see what I'm talking about. So then it gets the manager on the phone and I tell her everything that's going on and she basically doesn't care very much either. I can't believe I'm actually paying for this room and it was already paid for because I used part of my points 3000 to get a go fast and that was already paid for. They finally put me in a third room which I basically cleaned myself with disinfecting wipes and in the third room which is a handicapped room I can't even take a normal shower because the handheld shower head has no clip to hold it in place. Then I finally get to the pool and an hour and a half later and there are no pool towels and the clock is broken and I have no idea what time it is and if I get out of the pool in the hot tub I will drip all over the place. Speaking of which the whole way we're all three of the rooms they tried to put me in was soaking wet and smelled of mold. It doesn't matter if I got this room for free it wouldn't be worth it. This owner and management obviously does not care at all about giving people what they deserve for their money. And nobody cares it all. The only person that cared was a woman that wasn't even working, who had just come in to get her paycheck, and she personally came down and checked the third room and made sure that it was clean and was even going to clean it if necessary and she wasn't even on the clock. She is the only person that I have encountered in this hotel that actually cares about doing a good job. If I could give this hotel a zero I would.

While the room was fairly clean (would never remove my shoes), the remainder of the property was filthy. The parking lot was covered in trash and there were cigarette butts everywhere. Very disappointed as I’ve stayed in many pet friendly motels over the years and this was by far the worst.
