I stayed here 2/5 to 2/11. I also added 3 room nights for incoming clients.Checked in late due to flight delays. Wanted to make sure if this was the 'South' property, and the night clerk wasn't sure, but my name was in the computer. Had room 205, but the wifi was not working, so the next night moved to 102 and no issues. Breakfast was great. I used it every day, My clients also were impressed. Please don't ever cut that back! Pool and hot tub were in good working order. Front desk girl from Texas Tech who is a hospitality major was fabulous in getting me a new room, and allowing me to book the additional room nights for clients Only issues I had, I did not get room service until Friday AM. I am a pretty neat traveler, but paying for 9 nights, i would have liked a mid week freshening up. I did mention this on the way out every morning to the front desk to no avil. Friday am the MOD came through the breakfast room and to check on the guests, and when I saw him at the front desk, I did remind him, and finally I had a clean room my last night. Good place to stay. I booked it through the American Airlines package deal. I would stay here again.

Regular user of Holiday Inns and normally decent stays. This time treadmills didn’t work, hot tub wad down and to top it off the Internet was down. Need to fire management at this site and improve performance. Bart Torres

Great location for our trip. Glad to arrive late in the day and be greeted with a comfortable, cool, clean, spacious and well-appointed room. Fully-stocked snack area in lobby area and reasonably priced. Eateries close by (restaurant / fast food). Well-lit parking, easy access and what felt like (and proved to be) a safe setting. Surprisingly good hot breakfast available for us "early birds" the next morning (i.e., scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and links, etc along with fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc)! Great stay!

First time disappointed with Holiday Inn. Called to make reservations no confirmation email sent. Arrived with different accommodations then discussed during reservation process. Family member had to sleep on the floor. Very uncomfortable stay.

Last minute booking

Booked a room here about4 hours prior bc we were traveling through Lubbock late in the day. Wasn't too sure what we'd get, honestly, but it was a very clean, quiet and nice place. Neal was our check in attendant and was super sweet and friendly. We got up to the room, close to elevator, which was a little concerning but no issues at all with noise this visit. We had trouble w the TV, called Neal and he came right up and got us set up. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from. If we ever travel through Lubbock again, we'll choose to stay here.
