Friendly reception service, small but very clean rooms, recently refurbished, bath room small but also very clean. Great for a stop on a car trip. Shops, a multiplex cinema, and multiple restaurants nearby.

We’ve stay at Premiere Classe Nancy Sud - Ludres hote on servers occasions. Allthough a cheap hotel the rooms have always been cleaned with pride as if I had personally cleaned. The receptionist manager, during our stay on 12th - 13th April 2018. Was the perfect helpful & caring manager. I think the cleanlyness of the rooms and breakfast area relflect in this woman’s attitude. Well done. We will defiantly stay again.

Avoid if you can!

On arrival the automated computer system was not working and we were unable to gain access to our booking (there is often no receptionist so you have to self check-in). It turned out the telephonist who made the booking for me got the names for BOTH rooms I booked wrong so the computer would not recognise the booking. Then the triple room we booked turned out to be a double! At 11pm this was not what we needed. Eventually we managed to find a phone number stuck to the wall to call in case of inability to check in (it seems that this must happen often!). After finally gaining access to the inside of the hotel and the rooms we were faced with dank, dirty corridors smelling of toilets and cigarette smoke with stains all over the carpets. The rooms were clean but generally smelly, very dated and cramped and the toilet/shower room tiny... so tiny that the sink had to be in the room as there was no room in the shower room. Needless to say I was desperate and it was late otherwise i would have requested a refund form to be filled in (no refunds on the spot - and you have to pay before seeing the rooms) and left in a flash. The only positive thing was the receptionist/caretaker lady who came to find us another room was pleasant and did her best to make sure we were happy.

Don't bother

The hotel is located on the edge of a shopping/business park which was not ideal for us. It is incredibly basic, and quite uncomfortable - hard mattress and only 1 soft pillow each. We couldn't get any extras from reception. Check-in at reception is limited to just a few short hours a day, otherwise there is an automated service, which did not work. A rather annoyed looking lady then allowed us to check in with her. the so-called room key was a scrap of paper with the code written on it! Both our room and the corridors smelled quite strongly of a toilet, we had to open the window to be able to breathe without gagging. The bathroom is a pod in the corner of the room that reminded me of a train or airplane toilet. Breakfast was very basic (toast, cake and bread with butter and jams, and bad coffee). The only positives I can mention are that the TV worked and the double glazing kept all of the street noise out (the hotel is next to the main road). There are no restaurants or amenities within walking distance. So - fine if you're passing through and just need somewhere to sleep, but I would definitely not recommend staying any longer than a few hours.
