I was met at the airport by the hotel staff and in less than 30 min arrived at the hotel. The check-in was prompt and pleasant. I enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and quietness of the room. The hotel staff has been very friendly and helpful. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious meals.

Nice hotel, I have a good experience with Sarovar Hotel in Lusaka. The service room is excellent. All the hotel team are very helpful & welcoming. They care about each details to make us comfortable. Very nice decoration (Room, outside,...) The breakfast was very delicious 😋 I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel apparment/suites are great, with all the facilities. Clean and confortable. Food was very good with great Indian selections for breakfast and dinner. The service was superb. I had left a luggae in the aircraft when coming into Lusaka. The reception team called their colleague at the airport, Jessy and she went to the airline and managed to get my luggage with the airline and had it dropped at the hotel for me... I was so thankful for their help and rapid response. If that is not great service, nothing is. Many thanks to the team. I shall surely be back.

Work-related booking. Perfect stay: friendly employees, excellent service throughout the stay (8 nights). Excellent quality of food and drinks. There is a mall at 2mn walk, where you can find many different shops. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Beyond Outstanding!!

We were on holiday in South Africa and unfortunately my wife had an accident and fractured her femur. Whilst my wife received surgery, treatment and recovery in the Medland hospital, across the road from this hotel, I had the great good fortune to be incredibly well looked after during an extended stay in this magnificent hotel. The support, care and attentiveness I received from all staff was incredible. Far beyond that which could be expected in such a busy and popular hotel as this. Each day they catered for my every need, and were concerned about and asked regularly about my wife’s progress. When discharged my wife joined me and again the help and attentiveness we received was absolutely exceptional. The hotel manager and his senior management team obviously have outstanding leadership qualities resulting in a highly efficient, professional and happy staff. Overall the hotel was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was magnificent, with an incredible variety of food to suit all tastes and nationalities. It was good to see chefs come into the dining room, without being obtrusive, to check on our satisfaction with our meals. It was obvious that the kitchen team took great pride in the presentation of the food in the dining room as well as the quality of each dish. All staff kept a close eye on the movement of guests around the hotel and were quick to offer help and support when they sensed that it was needed. The coffee shop was a lovely place in which to sit and relax….superb coffee and rather delicious cakes were promptly served throughout the day. The pool and terrace ares were clean and tidy and again an extensive range of food and beverages were promptly served throughout the day. We would like to express particular thanks to Prashant Nair who provided the most incredible support when helping us organise flights home. To Chituwa who did an amazing amount of admin to help us obtain the correct Fit to Fly documentation. To everyone on the reception who were always so helpful, always giving help and support with a huge smile. Thank you to Sydney who helped above and beyond asking of my wife’s progress each and every day. Our thanks to other Yellow Jackets - Gertrude and Jessy. Others who were extremely helpful were - Tobias, Lackson, Samual, Victoria, Precious. Apologies for anyone we’ve missed you were all incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so very much everyone in the Neelkanth Sarovar Lusaka. Overall incredibly reasonably priced for a 5* service.
