A great hotel, and the 'service' started from my phone booking

I travel a lot, and my bed and pillow are key to keeping me going. It's an age thing. Comfort is important! Nice hotel, great location - excellent presentation and importantly the hotel is clean. I was impressed with the shower, the great water pressure and the hotel is not small. I did not try the restaurant - sad as it was obviously good - guests seemed very happy

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of room and facilities of a high standard. Plenty of onsite parking. Beautiful gardens and great outlook. Stayed in a standard Queen room with balcony. Gym on site. Numerous restaurants to choose from.

Breakfast service was a bit slow, but overall the reception staff were great. Expensive given it's location is quite a way out of town with not a lot of things close by that I needed. The pub (Sails) was ok for value for dinner though. TV's were old with no pay.

The hotel is out of town a bit but a lovely spot regardless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good but a bit limited and lacked smaller meal choices. Being older I don't want to eat big meals. It was great having access to a free laundry. So handy when you are travelling. Room wad big, nice view. A little tired but very clean. Janae (?) was particularly lovely and helpful but most of the staff were.

We were upgraded to a water facing room and the receptionist was helpful. brekkie was great at the restaurant though there was no service on Sunday and Monday...we find all serving staff was friendly.
